Another one of those YouTube videos that lights up your day. And, yes, Lawrence Yong, a high school senior at Granada Hills Charter High School in Los Angeles, is now going to the University of Michigan. (This might fuel a whole new genre of music video college applications.)

This young man has a positive future to look forward to however, I can agree with Catlady perhaps the music department instead. I just wish that more students would be as creative in their academics as he is in trying get into college. Perhaps, DCSS students would be higher achievers.

The School of Sense of Humor there Sport. You should try at least some on-line classes from there, it would make your life more fun and less curmudgeon like.
Oh quit stalking Howard’s mom.

It’s time to get rid off race-based quota for college admisson. Without the need to satisfy affirmative acton, Mr. Yong could have gone to Michigan and many other higher-ranking colleges at first try.
