Deal lets loose on Palin’s endorsement of Handel

At least one Republican is letting everyone know he’s not too happy with Sarah Palin’s endorsement of Karen Handel. Columnist Jim Galloway reports Nathan Deal, the formal congressman, expresses disappointment – and immediately accuses Handel of voting to fund gay “outreach” to “kids.” Read more.

Who cares who an airhead and a quitter from halfway around the globe endorses. I doubt it helps handel get two votes.

“Formal” congressman? I’ve never seen him in a tux. From what I know, he’s just a country gentleman attorney from North Hall County. Not too many formal folks up that way …

Karen has no college degree but who cares? Look at what all the ivy league college grads in Washington have done to this country.

I wasn’t planning to vote for Ms. Handel anyway but the quitter from Alaska just made certain I wouldn’t vote for her.

I was probably going to vote for her, and this makes up my mind. I am voting for Karen. We need more Republican women in office, and we need ones who are not afraid to stand up to the thugs in the federal government who think they can push states around. She has proven time and again while serving as Secretary of State that she will fight the federal government for what is best for Georgia. She will make a good Governor for our state.

Palin’s endorsement will not tend to help a candidate IN THE GENERAL ELECTION.

Although I had a few reservations about Karen Handel, I am taking a Republican ballot in the primary and I was going to vote for her. Not now. What did I miss that Sarah Palin sees in Handel? Whatever it is, Palin’s endorsement means that I will vote for anyone but Karen Handel.

How many nights has has Sarah Palin spent in Georgia over the last 20 years? What does she know about Georgia?

Palin endorsement? What an oxymoron. What does she know about politics? She lost an election ad VP, quit her only office held (stretching there) to write a over her commitments. Palin is a tool. She needs to focus on running her dysfunctional family instead of headlining the greed-fest that is her self interest machine.

Karen Handel is the ONLY sensible candidate for GA Governor! PLEASE dont vote for the democrackkk Roy Barnes…we’ve already had a dose of his inabilities. In fact dont EVER vote for another democrackkk…they keep us ALL OPPRESSED as the original party of SLAVERY.

Bitter EX: I doubt that even the most ardent Republican actually believes you ever once voted for a Democrat. Well maybe you did back in the days when they were the party of bigotry (Dixiecrats).

It still suprises me that people who have lost their homes, jobs, their savings, some who benifit from Medicare / Medicade, are all pumped up to vote for the party & policies that put them in the situation they now suffer in. As you leave the unemployment line to go a tea party event that screams for smaller gov, no gov. run health care, but your mad because your unemployment benifits have not been extended, and you want to eliminate the programs that help keep your DUMB ASS alive .BLIND OBEDIENCE, the fuel that keeps this country moving forward. I know I’ll be voting for Handel and every other Repub. NOT

Deal, Johnson, and the Ox are ethically challenged and are watching their political careers go down the toilet. And its about time! Thank goodness Republicans have a chance to elect a sensible person as their nominee. Karen Handel is the best choice and the only one Barnes cannot defeat in November. Palin and Brewer endorsements are just icing on the cake. Bring it on with Karen!

Did Deal Real Steal forget about his vote supporting gays in the military?

Handel is the only Republican in the race who is not a crook (Oxendine and Deal) or a kook (Johnson). The others are irrelevant.

Roy Barnes needs no on the job training, He did not have it the first time either,so how does he expect to get it right. In his case he was against something until he found out that it got him voted out of office so now he is for it?? So which Roy Barnes are we seeing, Most likely either Roy is wrong.

Karen will she quit being governor to run for another office? How capable is she?

Oxendine what’s up with his advertising for Medical Clinics? Why not come out and discuss his etheics violations now before the election.

Deal——- he left Washington early under the cloud of ethics violations so is he part Oxendine and part Handel?

Do not know anything about Johnson so what is the scoop on him?

Comments from Tee, sounds like a person expecting handouts for nothing.

I was up in the air about who to vote for but Palin’s endorsement of Handel assures that she will NOT be my choice. Anyone that “airhead” endorses surely is the WRONG candidate.

Hey Jessica, don’t forget Georgia’s best support Handel too, not just Palin! The mayors of Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs and Roswell have endorsed Handel. Congressman Tom Price has given his endorsement!

Handel’s a real business woman and leader. She’s the non-political type needed in an office that has been plagued since the departure of Zel Miller. She’s fiscally conservative and for me, importantly, she’s Atlanta.

For you conservatives out there on the fence, Karen is the only gubernatorial candidate polling to beat Roy Barnes in November.

Maybe Nathan “Let’s Make A” Deal should be worried less about “the liberals” (you know, since the Georgia General Assembly is overrun with left-wingers) and more about “the conservatives” who see him for what he is: a corrupt political hack who appeals to the lowest common denominator.

DEAL IS CORRUPT! I will never vote for this fraudster. “…Deal, the FORMER congressman…” He was forced out for steering state no bid contracts to his auto salvage yard business.

She will lose tyo bnoth OX and EJ, how in the world can she beat LeRoy Barnes. LeRoy is a better liberal than She is, so the peiople will prefer him – the original liberal, not the closeted, cryptoliberal as she is.
