O’Looney seeking comeback as Athens-Clarke mayor

She did nothing before she will do nothing now. High poverty, low paying jobs, Uga football and lots of long winded talk about improving all the above.The classic city needs new blood not “good old boys and girls” not letting Athens really prosper.We need higher paying jobs and a real approach to achieving them.One Athens yeah right and no after school specials trying to combat poverty. When everyone in athens knows it is all leaning toward race and how they want it to stay a white college town.I love Athens, Ga. I also no this a good place to raise a family but there is somthing that has always been an underlying passion to keep certain jobs away from the county and the powers that be have been doing a great job at succeeding at it. Gwen O’looney represents the past we need a bright future.
