1. Tevin Washington will start. I’d guess Vad Lee will make his appearance in the third possession.
2. How Georgia Tech defends Giovani Bernard bears watching. Tech is 4-1 when it allows 150 rushing yards or fewer, 0-4 when it doesn’t. First-down rushes, in particular, will be important. (You could also point out that Tech is 4-1 playing teams whose offenses aren’t very good, like Presbyterian, Boston College, Maryland and Virginia.)
3. UNC opponents are 10-for-12 on field goals. Perhaps it’ll rub off.

Better D … I’m guessing the the Bears’ D in ‘85 didn’t give up 40+ points once much less 4 times like GT has already done so I’ll go with the Bears’ D.
