Ken batted 1.000 on his 1st two round picks, but I think maybe even I could have done that. LOL

It’s always nice to get drafted by a team in Florida or Texas – no state income taxes!

Do they have state income taxes in Tenn now? They didn’t when I lived there back in the late 60s

So, Claiborne is gonna go to Dallas. Does Miami pull the trigger on Tannehill?

Barron’s going #7, which seems awfully high for a safety. That isn’t a premium position.

George, I GOOGLED it, and FYI, this is what I found for Tennessee —

“Salaries, wages, Social Security, IRAs and pension income are not taxed. A 6% tax is levied on stock dividends and interest from bonds and other obligations.”

So playing for the Titans is good, too. Playing for the 49ers, Raider, Giants, Jets, or Buffalo would suck.

More info on state taxes –

“A total of 41 states impose income taxes. New Hampshire and Tennessee apply it only to income from interest and dividends. Seven states (Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming) do not tax personal income”

Last year there were not 3 1st round pick QBs’ I hope this year the teams KNOW that. Tebow was not a 1st round pick other than for MARKETING.

It’s a bad pick, 5150. Safety isn’t a premium position. This is good news for Falcons fans.

Kalil from USC at #4 seems high for me. The scouting report they showed on him said lack of power–risky pick??

Seems high for Kuechly. Probably a safe pick who won’t go bust, but I would have taken a pass rusher, especially in the NFC South.

Gotta think the South Carolina CB for Buffalo, which is a good pick.

I pick SNOOKIE from Jersey Shore as #4 in my top 5 if I got a shot at sex with a star and my wife wouldn’t care.
That is the same philosophy I think the last 2 teams used in those picks.
