Georgia Tech back in polls
After dropping out of both polls following its loss to Miami last Saturday, Georgia Tech re-appeared Sunday. Following their upset of No. 5 Clemson Saturday night, the Yellow Jackets were ranked No. 22 in the Associated Press writers poll and No. 23 in the USA Today coaches poll.
By dropping their first game of the season, the Tigers fell from No. 6 to No. 11 in the AP poll and from No. 6 to No. 12 in the coaches poll. Virginia Tech, which Tech will play next in two Thursdays at Bobby Dodd Stadium is No. 12 in the writers poll and No. 11 in the coaches poll.

Im a ga fan, but gt is so much better then us. They have all the history and the national championships. True we are the little brother in this state, but hopefully we can pull off the upset this year. Go dawgs!!

I can’t wait for the Ga Tech- Virginia Tech Game…they are ranked higher than us and we will have momentum at Bobby Dodd! if we lose, acc championship is gone, a win and were in the acc championship game! GO TECH!!
I hope Paul Johnson comes out with tevin firing the football, our passing game looked good last night, if we could throw the ball and then catch them off guard every so often, they won’t stop us!
