Georgia Tech-Clemson …
Greetings-
Just wanted to let you know I’ll be over on Jeff Schultz’s live blog here.
Some things I’ll be looking for:
1) Matchup of guards Omoregie Uzzi and Will Jackson and center Nick McRae vs. Clemson nose guard Brandon Thompson. (I realize it won’t be 3 vs. 1, but they’ll all have their chances, I imagine.)
2) Can Georgia Tech’s special teams rise up and produce consistent kicks and punts and perhaps a big play?
3) Will the Jackets grab early momentum and avoid playing catch-up as they have the past two weeks?
4) Is that guy who dressed up as a referee at the UCLA-Arizona guy and took off his clothes going to show up?
5) Can Tech’s defense contain Clemson and make the Tigers work for their points?
6) Can Tevin Washington get off the schneid?

Great win. I hope they will put that same effort against Va. Tech and JAWJA. I gotta admit I was a bit pessimistic about the Jackets chances in this one. But they showed they can beat anybody if they play hard and are determined to win.

Wow what a game. Shows that Tech remembered what made them a ranked team. They played with heart and a desire to win that had not been shown in the last 2 games. They executed on both sides of the ball and even though CPJ got somewhat conservative at times won a big game. Now they put themselves back in the hunt for the ACC title. Just a fantastic game ,congrats to all the players and coaches. GOOOOOOOOOO TECH.

That offsides play by Clemson at the goal line was a terrible call. The ref’s should be fined and make public apology to CPJ.. Thank coach you rock.. We will play and see how it goes, right??

well Clemson certainly can’t blame the refs for the loss – that’s for sure… GREAT GAME JACKETS! what an atmosphere at BDS! usually Clemson games are neutral at best (sometimes effectively a road game) but while there was a large orange contingent we had them outnumbered & certainly out-decibeled!
