So, it looks like Days will be redshirted? Makes sense, but I’d like a chance to see him under center before 2011.

If the defense is better than last year and we actually get teams off the field without them scoring, we will be the team to beat.

Kyle is injuried, but hopefully will be back. Anyway this feels like the most depth we have had in quite some time, esp in the secondary and AB and BB areas.

It looks like the Offense is inexperienced besides Nesbitt but there is some good experience back on D. I look forward to playing you boys between the Hedges in November , it should be another good one.

I’m pretty excited about this bunch! I know we have speed, and the line looks full-sized. If we can keep Joshua healthy, and Al gets the D up a little bit, …….well, let ‘um rank us wherever they want. The hittin’ will take care of that…..

It looks like we had quite a bit of good ball players redshirted last season. I see alot of names that I recognize from past seasons that are on or close to the bottom of the depth chart behind some of these new guys. I dont know if thats a good or a bad thing for Tech this season. Hopefully good!! Let’s go out there and “BUST SOME ASS” this season!!!! THWG

My guess is, offensive depth chart is fairly set, barring injuries. CPJ knew what he had to work with before the spring, so I’m confident he knew what he had leaving the spring too. Coach Groh is likely to shuffle things around when he sees who has absorbed/retained more of the defense since they left spring and he’d be more likely to find an incoming freshman who fits a need on defense and can perform well enough than CPJ would on offense (no OL is going to come in cold and start for CPJ, and the QB, BBack, ABack depth charts are too deep for a freshman to start, WR might be a spot, but they didn’t even sign any WR).

RDR – You do know that Reggie Ball graduated a few years back right? 8 wins? Maybe through the first 8 games of the season… The ACC is probably 2nd to only the Big Ten in conference strength top to bottom, So find a new argument. The SEC is TOP HEAVY.. Alabama, Florida, and LSU. Who else plays in that conference?

We did sign that 6′6 WR from Starrs Mill, I believe his name was Jeff Greene… Looks like he has the potential to be quite a stud.

Kyle is going to have to overcome missing a full season, which can be tough.
However, based upon his production two seasons ago, I would think he will move his way up the chart quickly.
