Why does nobody ever contact Richt about a coaching job? Why does everyone want our coaches with the exception of Gailey? Why do college never want any GA coaches?

Tough deal for Charlie Weis… Tenuta was the problem up there, no question about it (I don’t think the ND alumni are interested in fishing our waters again after O’Leary and Tenuta). Fortunately, Weis will not be out of work very long (he has a few million dollars to fall back on just in case), and CPJ is having too much damn fun riling up the Bulldog faithful (he is the perfect fit for us and he knows it…he is not just coaching anymore, he is soaking in the rivalry and loving every minute of it…).

Bottom line: CPJ and his players need to make absolutely certain that they are staying focused on Clemson… a bowl game in Nashville (or Charlotte) would be a stunning let-down after a fantastic season…

Hey techies …………CPJ will leave The Flats for less moeny as he knows that at ND he might get some respect as a coach and that he also might play for the MNC. At tech? He wants out and will leave for less. He will take his 1970s broken wishbone O with him too. HAHAHAHA

ND Will meet him at the Waffle House on Virginia Avenue ( west side of the I-85 bridge) near the ATL Airport and consume some criisp, golden waffles or Bert’s fine chili ( hold those onions, please ) then offer him less $$$ to leave and he will scream ( beg) thank you God, thank you, get me outta N Avenue with the thugs and the robberies ……………and Away from LSu and UGA and UT and Auburn and Florida and KY and Arkansas and Ole Miss, as he knows that they used to regurlary beat up on the nerds. GT job IS better than ND job for a few reasons. Take prestige, history, and all the blah out. GT has generally lower expectation than ND, so it’s less pressure, less stress and it’s easier on the coach. CPJ has full support of DRad and can pretty much do whatever he wants at GT. GT’s football program may not be as big or recognized but it is nonetheless storied if you dig back to the Heismann/Dodd era (many don’t know the history). And we’re in a major conference that gets an automatic BCS invitation so at GT, you won’t be like Boise St hoping for an invite to even get a shot at the national championship. And salary? When you’re getting paid in millions, I think focusing on other issues like quality of life is more important than looking at just the difference between 2 million and 3 million. And c’mon, while Atlanta is no NY or Chicago, it is a major metropolitan city. Which city would YOU rather live? Atlanta or podunk, IN?

You are 14 and 15 against Auburn and 9 and 13 against TENN. Maybe you should move to the A She She so you can compete for something other than 3rd place in your division!!!!
