il it’s not going to get any better than it is right now at Tech. Nesbit has carried that team. You won’t ever have a better QB than him. Without Dwyer and the rest of Chan Gailey’s recruits GT will be playing with talent light years behind what Chan left on offense. Defense. Forget about it. Check Pauls history. He has never played good defense. This year was as good as it gets for GT.

For the record Tech fans I just wanted you to know that I do not ever cheer for Tech under any circumstances. Some misguided Bulldogs have wished you luck against Clemson but I hope that they run you clean out of that half full stadium. I will be pulling hard for Spiller and Clemson to run through your soft D just like the Dawgs did. You are a bush league program in a bush league conference and I wish you all many future defeats. Really ATL XMAN- I dont know if you have read, but Paul is landing a lot of georgia recruits and pretty soon will have the state taken over. I mean golly Georgia is so good 7-5 now. Kentucky- They aren’t even in the top 50 in the bcs. Tennessee- A team that has very much struggled the past few years.

Now I can agree with you, they do have to beat a good clemson team but with pauls offense it’s so sparky I know they can pull it off.

Paul is a coach that knows how to win, richt doesn’t have courage or the disciplin to win a championship. Richts a consistant coach he will always be a 8 to 10 win guy but paul has that fire he gets every bit of talent out of his players that requires a win.

In the next few years not saying next year or 2 years but once he finds a quarter back that can really run his option offense and 2 backs that can handle the ball well the GT offense will be unstoppable. If you want to see the offense Paul J has been around check out … Tracy ham run it or Greg Hill and Adrian Peterson run this .. these guys were unstoppable. One guy can change the whole aspect of the game ..im telling you watch out for this team “their going to be sick!”

err…addition by subtraction? Special teams weren’t too great especially since Monkey couldn’t find a guy that could kick it off into the end zone or hit a 40+ yard field goal.

Oh, and there was nothing Wommack could do stop UGA’s running so I wouldn’t throw him under the bus. I could have run for 150 yards if an offensive line was opening holes up the middle that big for me every play. We have to get some 4 stars on both O and D lines or 3 guys that left for the NFL last year need to come back.

UGA fans, gloat all you can. You did not dominate us and this did not have the feel of a Gailey loss. Saint Simons, get lost. CPJ is the real deal.

The four straight passes at the end of the game was the right call. We had only one timeout, and less than two minutes. Each time we threw, it was for at least a first down. If we make the catch, the clock stops to move the chains. If we throw incomplete, the clock stops anyways. It had the best odds to win the game given the amount of time we had left.

Anyway, on to the topic at hand. Congrats to Monken!
