Indy – Shump is OK.

UGA has superior talent, and therefore can win this weekend. That said, they seem to lack the discipline and mental toughness this year that it takes to win consistently. Against the triple option, those weaknesses tend to get exposed.

Since you mentioned basketball in your post.. any news on Iman Shumpert? I was watching that game yesterday, and it looked like he bent his knee up pretty bad. he was smiling later on the bench, so I’m assuming he was ok? We could ill afford to lose him.. bball team needs solid guard play. Go Jackets!!

You can’t blame a player for leaving early if they will be an early draft pick. I would love to see Dwyer, Thomas, and the Morgans come back but I can’t say that I would pass up 1st round NFL Draft money to come back and try and improve on the best season my school has had in 30 years. Just ask Gresham and Bradford out in Oklahoma what they would do if they could go back.
