I think you’ve got it all wrong. Yes, Tech is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta (I know, I live here), but we are not in the “Ghetto” – if you want to know where that is, ask your players; I’m sure they know since that’s where your thugs come from. If anything it should be U “Ghetto” A, or University of Grade-school Academics.

It’s going to be interesting to see if the GT defense can play disciplined as well. While they stopped the bleeding after Duke made their two scores in the first quarter, the last game was filled with bad angles and missed tackles. I love what our offense is doing, but defense and special teams are a different bag each time.

The only way we win against Ghetto Tech is to play diciplined, without stupid penalties and turnovers. I won’t bet the house rent money on it. Congrats on a great year Tech. Enjoy. You get to keep your rings another year or maybe get another one. Who knows what reward awaits. Damn good team, Tech!

Have reservations at the Tampa-Westshore Airport Doubletree Hotel, 1 mile from the airport and 5 minutes from the stadium. Great rates, and it’s possible (can’t tell for sure) that they offer free shuttle service to the stadium.

Jeez, Doug – did you have to mention 2005?? I remember sitting at that game watching them march down the field using the ground game when Reggie throws the pass for the interception. Another Chan Gailey classic. CPJ would have kept running the ball down their throat – the rushing game was unstoppable on that drive.
