Georgia Tech vs. Virginia
I’m about 20 minutes outside of Charlottesville, riding with former esteemed colleague Dave Fairbank of the Newport News Daily Press.
We’ve passed the time talking about Chairman Groh, the fun of Paul Johnson, etc.

the past 2 weeks the d has done pretty well. we gave up a few big plays but we stepped up and kept them out of the endzone when we had too. if we play like this, we win out no problem. need a miami loss somewhere to win the conf. if that doesn;t happen, a top 6 bcs ranking is probable with all the games left. iowa will lose tonight too

Big, I agree about FL not covering that point spread. No way SEC refs let Miss St. win that game though. SEC wants to gaurantee that they get a team in the NC game. We saw that last week with the call against Ark.
