Georgia Tech vs. Virginia
I’m about 20 minutes outside of Charlottesville, riding with former esteemed colleague Dave Fairbank of the Newport News Daily Press.
We’ve passed the time talking about Chairman Groh, the fun of Paul Johnson, etc.
When I get to the press box, I’ll start posting some notes.

I guess the field judge couldn’t see that the guy was in the end zone when he threw it back out because the player’s was back was to him. the ball was hidden.

Why didn’t they run the play that they ran on the first play. The quick pass to Bay Bay on the outside and he can make a guy miss.

The high after coming off a big win last weekend more than anything is probably why GT looks a little lethargic. But I think they’ll pull away big time in the 3d Q and just keep going. VA is not a good team at all. Remember they lost to William and Mary and Southern Miss.

yea..bobo plays work just fine. but what happens when johnson loses these guys playing for him now? those five plays wont work at all…how many times have you guys scored over 30 this year? telling you man this offense will show its tru colors in time. when one of the best plays you guys have is the draw you offsides play,,your in trouble

13-6 gt right now. An odd first half for the Jackets. Offense looks out of rhythm. But seems like it’s getting closer.
Defense is playing better. Let’s see how it does in the second half.
