I’m about 20 minutes outside of Charlottesville, riding with former esteemed colleague Dave Fairbank of the Newport News Daily Press.
We’ve passed the time talking about Chairman Groh, the fun of Paul Johnson, etc.

XMEN i don’t care about old men picking up a check. I asked if the ACC or the SEC has more playerd drafteds in the last 5 years? You keep trying to change the #’s THE ACC wins and you know it. CRY the REFS made the SEC lose right?

I’m sad to say I have retired my Government Issue 1911 Model 45 Colt.

7-1 is nice but would you trade the record over ours the last 8 years or would you trade their offense over our ..i wouldnt..that offense is being run in high school..not the pros..and there is a reason for that..that offense will not win national titles..and after chans players are gone they will barely win 6 or more a year..im so glad uga runs a pro style offense and recruit big time players year in and year out..tech can keep there losing ways and 3 star players ..i will take richt and company every time…when was tech even near the top in recruiting? no wonder they avg 8 wins a year

Okay. I’m gonna go against my own preaching.
atl xmen, if it makes you feel better, I do think the SEC is the best conference. I hate it that Tech has to play the teams they play in the ACC, but that’s the way it is.
With that being said, you are still not very bright. Even other uga fans on this blog are hinting to you that Tech is better than you give them credit for. In past seasons Tech may have been 5-3 or even 4-4 at this point in the season. But facts are facts and arguing over schedules or power ratings still doesn’t change the fact that Tech is a good team and is playing better football than uga is right now. Maybe a fair barometer in your eyes will be how Tech does against Vandy next week, so we can compare apples to apples.
So until then, just take a hint (even from your uga brethren) to just be quiet.

The best in the SEC can’t score more than 10 points in 30 min. agaist what all the SEC fans call the worst teams in the SEC.
