Georgia Tech vs. Virginia
I’m about 20 minutes outside of Charlottesville, riding with former esteemed colleague Dave Fairbank of the Newport News Daily Press.
We’ve passed the time talking about Chairman Groh, the fun of Paul Johnson, etc.
When I get to the press box, I’ll start posting some notes.

Cuz, I know you are in Augusta, and I think I remember something you said that would indicate you are in the National Hills area. Did you by any chance know a man in National Hills who died this past week? Although he attended UGA, was a lifelong Tech fan.

Here’s another high five from a Dawg fan! Way to go Tech… statement made today. The Bees are for real. Now, if Clem can beat down Miami, you’re all in great shape for ACC Title game and a top tier ranking. I’d like to think the teams play today may have inspired some pups on our team, and they’ll have a good showing next week. Either way, it’s going to be a barn-burner on Nov. 28th. Woof-woof!

I’ve been to Oxford, MS, but not for a game. When it’s not football, it’s a fantastic music town, but it’s absolutely beautiful. Just kind of in the middle of absolutely nowhere.

Great game. Looking forward to the rest. Joe Schmoe, you really should lighten up … not just about UGA fans, but about your own team. The criticism of Jaybo was childish and unnecessary. Whether you like the kid or not, he’s an integral part of the team you (supposedly) love.

Best game of the year for Tech! Still a long way from playing good football. I appreciate the effort and the win along with great anticipation of which team shows up at Vandy.
I am amazed at how the UGA crowd continues to post on this blog. According to them if our team was as bad as their team is we should give up football. I hope they feel better showing incredibly low class as usual. You guys are just awesome!
