It’s been a few days, it’ll be a few more
Sorry that I haven’t updated the blog the past few days. I thought the game-rankings blog might generate some interesting conversation, and I was glad to see it did. Thank you for taking the time to post your thoughts. It’s been entertaining reading.
I’m about to start a week’s vacation, and have been trying to come up with a topic that will allow you to talk amongst yourselves.
So, here goes:

I find it flattering that someone would want to pretend to be me. I know the mutt pack has a complex that they don’t feel as if they are equals. For the record this Chad doesn’t feel sorry for you and I hope you find yourself in a gutter homeless. Also for the record the crack on Polly Tech is not funny. Polly Tech is a good school.

As a TECH Grad if I were building a building for a bunch of UGAY grads and homers, I’d design the damnn thing with tooth picks for support structures so I could take out as many of those mullet sporting rednecks with action as I possibly could. Send the whole damnn thing crashing down on them. I guess if I ever get into mobile home design, I can see that dream come true. Help the welfare system out too while I’m at it! : )

As a Tech grad I wish I wasn’t trailer trash. But mom and dad couldn’t afford a decent double-wide with that trade school education they got. Now I followed in their footsteps and will soon own a trailer of my own. Isn’t a Tech education grand?

Imitation is the greatest form of flattery (aka ..stealing my first screen name). Don’t worry my friend…I wasnt alive in 1955 when your single wide was crafted so you are in no danger (unless they catch you for that domestic violence charge). Got an idea…go sit on the couch with the rest of mullet nation and wait on the first of the month to come so you can go pick up your government aid and “FREE CHEESE”!

You see I cannot have a cool comeback other than imitation thing. what can I say, it sure does get super hot in my 14×20 single wide during the summer and I can’t think straight. Come to think about it, I never was able to think straight with that trade school education. I guess thats what I get for being a tool and a leghumper.

I can’t wait until the tool of the month time when I go pick up my government meat. Its hard sitting here on my computer all day trying to be clever and get everything provided to me by the good ole state of Georgia. Thats what I get for being a Tech fan.

Doug, I’m a Tech grad and have been following GT sports for over 20 years. The AJC has always been a source where I would turn to get info about GT. To be frank, I am very disappointed at the coverage (or lack thereof) from you, our “beat writer” for GT athletics. Aside from your player interviews, there has been nothing of interest since you’ve replaced Ken and Larry as the beat writer. I had enjoyed their perspectives and insights but there has been a great dropoff not only in the coverage but also in the quality of writing since you took over.
Quite honestly, just take a look over at the ESPN blog pages for ACC Football. Heather Dinich provides so much more information and interesting tidbits about not only our program but the entire ACC. I’ve turned to her blogs for GT info now… I do hope that the coverage does pick up here when the football and basketball seasons resume. C’mon Doug, we’re giving you a chance… give us something that we can actually work with… and hopefully some insights that only a beat writer can provide us, the fans…

I find it hilarious that one of the only things dawg fans have to say is “Oh its so sad that tech cant even fill up its 52,000 fan stadium” and all of that nonsense. Funny thing is, we won last year at your 92,000 stadium. And everyone will see how tech only seating 52,000 will still be enough to dominate the dawgs this year
