Thanks, braveswin. Here's hoping the Dawgs pull it up and there's a third game (like there should always be) in a super regional again this year.

LOL, your mom said you're still banned from the computer after your "incident." Now get back to your algebra homework. If you want to grow up to be a real person one day who chooses to be a classy fan, please take a look at "braveswin's" post right above yours.

Now to my post: Personally, I love Mewborn Field. Nice facility, sunny location, great seats (great team). All they need to change is that outfield view into the Facilities Department's truck depot. Maybe they could just paint that gold or something...

Dawg fan here. Just wanted to say congrats to the Jackets on another fine baseball team. Other than when they play my Dawgs I pretty much pull for GT baseball. Unfortunately it looks like Ga peaked too early but there is always hope in the post season if breaks fall your way. I personally take pride in the fact that are two outstanding baseball programs in the state. Maybe they can meet in another super regional

The ACC is by far a more difficult baseball conference than the SEC. No question about that.

Watched Georgia baseball last night and the announcers were selling the SEC like it was football, calling them the best baseball conference. Anybody buying that. I think top to bottom the ACC is at least even if not above the SEC. I would settle playing it on the field and not the booth. One of the things they pointed out themselves, was how few times the SEC had won the NC. In football something like that is meaningful because they create their own reality, that is why you have to love baseball and basketball. At the end of the day the real answer in found on the field and not some observer's head with an agenda.
