Greetings, all
I’m about to head out the door for the dome. Let me know if you’re out there. I didn’t do much of a job keeping the blog updated last week, for which I apologize.
As we get to kickoff, give me a prediction.

I hope Coach Curry plays Star Jackson because his athleticism could be the difference between winning and losing. Go Panthers!

It’s gonna be bad today for Ga State. You guys should really know where you’re program stands after today. I’ll pull for guys the rest of the season…just not today.

welcome, JSU
at 12:55, kinda sparse in the dome. i’d say maybe 750 in the student section, maybe 5,000 (a very rough guess) altogether.

JSU 3, GSU 0. 13 plays, 69 yards. but GSU after JSU 1st down from GSU 11-yard line. Could be worse. midway first quarter. the run defense looks a lot better, but Marques Ivory is getting a lot of time to throw.

GSU has got to schedule around Saturday FB. They need to look at Friday or Thursday night games. I’m an alum and fan, but I just dont think GSU can compete yet with teams that have been around for a hundred years. The crowd looks terrible on TV.

Nice 1st qtr for GSU…JSU looks dismal…no running game, and we waited too late to bring #11 Blanchard in the game. Gotta get the big head deflated a bit guys!!!!

JSU, I’d guess 10,000, maybe? i can’t see all of the lower bowl.
end of first quarter, 7-3. (darren mccray ran a reverse 41 yards for touchdown.)

The big head does everyone in. I hope you guys don’t take your asprin and keep your head inflated as this would be a great win.
Does anyone have a link to the game? It’s kinda hard to view while living up in New England.

touchdown, JSU. Marques Ivory 3rd-and-goal pass for score. 10-7, JSU. GSU D is making work, but can’t get off the field. They’ve been on the field for 24 plays already. Panthers need to grind some clock here.

Just heard JSU has had the ball 12+ minutes and we’ve only had it less than 2 minutes so far. I like that we score quick but feel the clock management will wear out the defense. Let’s go State!

Drew Little looks way, way better than last week. his pass to Bo Schlechter was a dart against tight coverage. Schlechter’s first career catch by the way after switching from qb.

No, I’m watching on TV.
I just do not get why the students are not showing up. If I was still in school I would be there, and I would guess that most of my friends would be too.

this is kind of cool, though. Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt, Bill Curry’s quarterback at Tech, has one free weekend from now until the end of December. He’s spending it here. He’s in Curry’s box.

That’s impressive Ken. One of the many reasons why Curry is the right guy to get GSU off the ground.
@GSUAlum – we need to be better at our scheduling. Timing is limited for football reservations in Georgia so we have to improve.
