Nick Chubb of Cedartown and Kawon Bryant of North Oconee are on pace to rush for more than 3,000 yards this season if they play at least 12 games. Who was the first player in Georgia to rush for 3,000 yards in a season? (Answer Monday)

Answer to Thursday’s question: Etowah is the team that can win a region title with a victory this week, but miss the playoffs with a defeat. The Eagles will win Region 5-AAAAAA if they beat Lassiter. If they lose, they will finish fifth if Walton (playing Roswell), Milton (playing Woodstock) and Cherokee (player Wheeler) beat teams below them in the standings.
