It looks like the losses by Colquitt and Norcross to out of state teams did have an impact on the perception of Georgia High School Football. Many of these teams are usually higher, albeit not much but you can see the difference. The highest ranked, # 23, with all these polls?

Camden fell from 50-87 because of North Gwinnett’s loss. Maybe it’s me but it seems odd not to have one of us higher. (By us, I mean Georgia)

The low perception of Georgia’s prep football may be because of the #1 jinx this year. We usually have a couple of 5A or 6A teams that are undefeated and on a roll this late in the season.

And the national pollsters just are not buying Buford as a national power. And rightly so. And yes Buford is very good. But if they had played Coffee’s schedule this year their record would probably be similar.

Really????

So Carrollton gets humiliated in their first big game of the season and they are still ranked?

There are a couple of regiuons in both 6A and 5A not even mentioned and their teams are STRAIGHT BALLIN’ with discipline, excellence and dominance within regions where some of these teams wouldn’t even survive.

These “National Rankings” are a joke.
