Lassiter moved back to No. 1 after a couple weeks out of the top spot while Lowndes entered the top 10 in Class AAAAAA after winning the Region 1 championship.

In Class AAAAA, Allatoona took over the top spot after winning the Region 5 championship with a spotless region record. Miller Grove debuted in the top 10 after winning the Region 6 title.

Who votes on these polls? I thought North Gwinnett beat Collins Hill for the Region Championship. I know that Miller Grove is 20-2, but look who they play. I guess the polls really don’t matter anyways.

MaxPreps is the ONLY TRUE ranking system. This pos paper is crap! AAAA Woodland beats Locust Grove back to back to win the region and drops from top 10 and LG stays at 5!!!!!!!!!!! And in AAAAA Ola devours N’gate to win that region and they are not at least #2!!!!!!! This is a sham and a joke!!!!!!

Glad to see Miller Grove in the top 10. I’m not saying region titles should automatically bump you ahead of better teams, but it’s good they’re getting the credit they deserve.

I’m glad to see Lassiter back at No. 1. I think they will be the the AAAAAA champs when it’s all said and done.

one game should not make or break a team’s ranking, unless it comes in the state tournament. Based on the entire bodies of work, the rankings for these teams look good.
