Carrollton 52, Fayette County 14: Eight Carrollton rushers combined to gain 246 yards and five touchdowns on the ground as the host Trojans rolled. The Trojans led 35-7 at the half. Trey Chivers ran for 63 yards and Will Garrett had 62 to lead Carrollton. Garrett as 6 for 9 passing for 83 yards and one score.

Chestatee 48, Johnson-Gainesville 7: The visiting War Eagles scored 35 points in the second quarter to take control of a scoreless game. The War Eagles did most of their damage on the ground with five rushing touchdowns from four different players. Blake Buffington had two scores from two yards and 17 yards. Cody Humphries and Khalil Cantrell each returned fumbles for touchdowns in the first half.

Jonesboro 28, North Clayton 0: The host Cardinals used a strong defensive effort to outlast North Clayton. Quarterback Romario Atkinson lead the offense and threw for two touchdowns. The first went 35 yards to Saleem Veree and the other went 26 yards to Jyair Mincey. Artemus Mitchell opened the second half by returning the kickoff for touchdown spanning 80 yards.

Sandy Creek 21, Troup 0: Visiting Troup held the Patriots scoreless in the opening quarter, but Sandy Creek’s Delvin Weems opened the scoring on a 7-yard touchdown run in the second. Cole Garvin found Demarre Kitt minutes later for a 60-yard touchdown pass and Sandy Creek took a 14-0 lead into the half. Eric Swinney added a 1-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

Fayette County was very physical . Do not see how this team is winless.

Trojan fan you are right they was physical and the quarterback had a nice arm but in the end too much firepower.
