Putnam County hires Gourley to replace Reaves

Putnam County has promoted offensive coordinator Kyle Gourley as head football coach to replace Ben Reaves, now at Walnut Grove.

Don’t think they ever opened up the process for anyone interested from the outside. Thanks, Ben, for your efforts on behalf of Putnam Co. Football. You found out through your battles with the administration that nobody really cares about the football program here outside of 4-6 people. What you accomplished here we all appreciate because you did it on your own with little or no help from the administration.
