High school hockey goalie scores goal for other team to spite coaching staff

A high school hockey goalie in Minnesota purposely scored a goal for the other team, made an obscene gesture to his coach and left the ice Tuesday.

The goalie, Austin Krause, is a senior who took issue with the coaching staff over playing time, according to this report in The Farmington (Minn.) Independent.

Krause’s own goal tied the game begween his Farmington team and Chaska 2-2 with 3:13 lft in the third period, the newspaper reported. Chaska won 3-2.

The incident wad videoed and posted on YouTube.

Krause then posted on Facebook that he felt coaches unfairly favored a sophomore goalie.

“They played this sophomore goalie for the starter, he was terrible, I would try and talk to the coaches about this and tell them I want playing time but they never really listen to me,’’ Krause wrote.

Coaches have not yet commented. The school said it would look into the incident.

The Obama generation at it’s best. Give me things that I didn’t earn. If you don’t I’ll show you by scoring a goal against my own team. I showed you. Now, give me more stuff that I deserve that someone else paid for.

No, Obama doesnt have anything to do with this play, but even so Big Brother has got it right.

Obama would say that all the goalies should have equal time regardless of their talent level; otherwise we are discriminating against those who are less talented. And those less talented would probably be bettter if they had just had the same opportunities.. He would probably then initiate a govt program to track the unfortunate less talented goalies to compensate them for their misfortune. After all, the taxpayers who actually work and have made money by earning it can afford to help out the less fortunate by forking over even more tax dollars, right?

Right on Slobberknocker. What are we coming to as a country where everyone gets a trophy and there are no winners and losers? Last time I checked virtually everything in life, including sports, has winners and losers. Obviously, this goalie is a loser but it appears that he has been coddled his entire life into thinking he is something special and just for showing up he deserves the starting goalie position while the other kid may work harder or is more talented. Reality is sometimes hard to accept and this kid it appears will have a hard time adjusting to a boss who doesn’t cotton to him showing up whenever he wants and doing whatever he wants. That is the generation that this President is nurturing and we will rue the day when we become France or Greece. P.S. By the way Coach the word is “past” and not “pass”. You don’t get your trophy for participating but please try again tomorrow.

P.P.S. Coach, I am so thankful that my son doesn’t play for your team with your attitude. Everyone gets a trophy – hooray for you Coach. Too bad for the kids.

Do not need to be a racist to understand how pathetic obama is. If he was 100% white he would still be a bad president. He is a democrat after all.

Dwayne summed it up. It isn’t a racial thing. Obama just sucks because he sucks regardless of his race. Then, as if on cue, liberalefty brings in the race card. How quaint and predictable yet naive. When you’ve got nothing else play the race card. How pathetic. And regarding the Osama killing all, and I mean all, reports prove that it wouldn’t have been possible without the “DUBYA” administration’s policies of interrogating terrorists (oops, we can’t say that under Obama, I mean nice guys from Arab countries). And, for the record, my son is playing at the highest level despite his “pathetic racist whiney ahole” pops. Cashin’ checks lefty. Cashin’ checks. Life is good.

how are those high gas prices in your area? how much more taxes come out of your check now? how about the increase in taxes and obama talking about all the government programs that he plans on cutting to save 4 trillion bucks? higher taxes, program cuts, who is getting that cash? Our government, republicans and democrates. this is not a black white issue for me, is it for you?

Hey Lib, Get a grip. Dwayne pretty much summed up things in Obama’s America. High gas prices. High taxes. High deficits. High unemployment. It’s as if the President is high himself. Seriously, could things get worse? Then he wants to focus on everything else but the economy and jobs. Things like contraceptives in the Catholic Church. Gay marriage. Gun control. Global warming (oops, since evidence shows that the Earth has started to cool it is now called Climate Control). Not that these issues aren’t important but compared to skyrocketing deficits and a fragile economy that are generating in serious problems to the typical American give me a break. I guess he has to focus on these things because he’s been such a screw-up on the important things that everyday Americans have to face every day. Sad as he had so much potential. Yet, despite all of the issues he has made much worse people like you defend him. It is beyond comprehension that anyone can be so delusional. Wait a minute, I know the reason – it’s Bush’s fault.
