Proud of the Marietta Blue Devils for the near upset of #2 North Cobb. It’s almost region tournament time when our season normally starts to turn around

I saw Wheeler vs Milton tonight…very exciting game. Coach Lips’ team won ‘textbook’ style.

Man, idk what it is but that Marietta team with no disrespect is just annoying. The past 2 years we’ve had the better team but they just fight. We won both this year but just barely. Marietta gave NC all they were looking for and some. Got to hand it to the Blue Devils, they are a fighting team and seem pretty well discipline. They make the state playoffs if they can play like they did against us they can win a couple games!

NCHS fan, thanks for the honest observation. I honestly think we’re better than our 7-16 record. Region tournament time is always when we turn our season around. Funny thing about it was Coach Lyons was tossed against Campbell last week and we won after being down by 13 at halftime and destroyed Harrison, then tonights near upset. To honest, I like what Coach Marchese has done in place of Lyons
