Teams with the most losses in the finals without winning a title
Thirteen Georgia schools have played in at least two state championship games without winning one. Four of them will be addressing their nagging history this weekend in championship games at the Georgia Dome. They are Gainesville, Dooly County, Jefferson and Ware County.
