sportsnut……..I apologize for doubting your team, they are a factor. Congratulations on making it to the Final Four. The Lovejoy Wildcats played a more disciplined game tonight than the Camden County Wildcats. Good luck the rest of the way!

Tucker didn’t pull out a win against NSWR but we played a great game. Congrats on a fantastic first season in 5A! Congrats to NSWR…I’m sure we’ll meet again. Hold your heads up Tigers and remember…WE ARE TUCKER!!!!!!

Ware county intercepts, will take a knee, holds Stephenson scoreless, announcers said before the game the Stephenson players came out and did the Gator Chomp and Ware players and coaches and Ware players never reacted. Did their talking on the field Final 14-0

It’s natural for most losing teams and their fans to think the refs cheated against their team and therefore that’s the ONLY reason they lost the game. Happens all the time. Ever heard a winning team or their coaches and fans accuse the refs of cheating, and credit the refs for them winning the game? NO? Strange huh?

I really like the hard nose defense of Lovejoy…you talk about blanket coverage i mean damn! Very sad how immature and pompous they appear on the field because these kids define the term D1 recruit.

Hats off to another strong team from Tucker. Of course, the Tigers pulled defeat from the jaws of victory. Nonetheless, these kids just will not quit. There is talent at Tucker. They are well-coached. They execute. I like teasing everyone. Those guys are one of the best programs in the state, without a doubt. Great heart. Every Northside-Tucker game has been a classic. Those young men did not disappoint.

Of course it was the refs in the Tucker/NSWR game. It couldn’t have been the fumble in the 4th quarter or the big return they gave up when they had the game won. Come on guys get a life. It was a great game that could have gone either way. Congrats to Tucker on a good season, your defense is great; I’m sure you’ll be back next year.

North Cobb played well but don’t kid yourself – MC shot themselves in the head not just the foot! Turnovers were the name of the game and MC was like -100!!! Okay, that’s an exaggeration but they had 7 or 8 at critical points. North Cobb deserves to move on as they are a good team that didn’t make mistakes.

@BcS2010……The Refs called a good game, This was a seasoned crew ,The Ghsa pick a good crew for this game … They won’t call a push off in the End zone unless it’s flagrant ……Tucker and Northside D played a heck of a first half…..Smith , Martin and Hill came through tonight as they have been doing all season

4-0 in my picks in 6A this week, assuming Lovejoy holds on. I think Norcross vs Lovejoy for the Championship as I think both win next week.
Norcross and Lovejoy are loaded with speed/athletes.

I could give a rat’s rear about a Tucker or a NSWR….I do not know one person at either program, so I am objective as can be. I don’t even think that the refs do it on purpose, they are human, they make mistakes…unfortunately, those mistakes can be untimely and impact outcomes of games…it happened in that game…I am not saying that is why they lost. I am just saying that got some bad calls. You do agree that there is a possibility of refs making bad calls, huh?

congrats norcross. we made too many mistakes and ya’ll came to play.i also think our qb was preocupied with his future at uga tonight; probably his worst game in 2 years. you did get away with a free td when your receiver ran out of bounds and came back in to make the catch. now, go get the packers cause we wildcats really do not like rush probst; he is a gangster so put him in his place and show no quarter. safe passage home and good luck next week.
