Region 6 goes 2-1 in showdon with Region 5 (but both regions’ champions lose)
Here’s a look at some of the biggest stories from the second round in Class AAAAA on Friday:
*Advantage, Region 6: The two regions that were 3-1 in the first round went head to head on Friday, with Region 6 taking two of the three games against Region 5. The region champions lost to the second-place teams as Allatoona (Region 5 #2) beat M.L. King (Region 6 #1) and Stephenson (Region 6 #2) shut down East Paulding (Region 5 #1). Region 6’s other victory came from Tucker, the 2011 Class AAAA champion, which beat playoff newcomer North Paulding 40-21.
*Four region champs remain: M.L. King and East Paulding weren’t the only region champions that failed to make it to the final eight. Region 7 champion Kell, the only team from the region to survive the first round, lost to Gainesville 61-42 on Friday. Kell lost in the second round for the second consecutive season. Region 8 champion Flowery Branch was knocked out in the first round by North Paulding. Harris County, Northside-Warner Robins, Ware County and Whitewater are the remaining region champs.
*The new guys: Harris County collected its first playoff victory in the 57-year history of the program when it beat Northgate in the first round. On Friday, the Tigers continued their journey into the unknown when they beat Warner Robins 31-21 to reach the quarterfinals for the first time. Esaias Chapman rushed for 181 yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries, according to the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer. Harris County, which led 31-7 in the fourth quarter, started the season 0-4 but has won eight consecutive games.
*Performances worth noting: Gainesville quarterback Deshaun Watson accounted for eight touchdowns in the victory over Kell. He passed for 230 yards and three TDs and rushed for 163 yards and five scores, according to the Gainesville Times. … East Paulding’s Miles Hemphill kicked field goals of 61 and 47 yards in the loss to Stephenson. … Allatoona’s Jeremy Uzee threw a 38-yard touchdown pass to Clarence Soleberry with 1:37 remaining and Nathan Shaw kicked the game-winning extra point in the Bucs’ 20-19 victory over M.L. King.
*Looking ahead: Tucker will travel to Northside-Warner Robins next weekend for a rematch of last year’s semifinal game, won by Tucker 17-16. Northside led that game 16-10 and was about to go in for another score with less than five minutes to play, but Tucker’s Justin Rivers returned a fumble 100 yards for the game-winning touchdown. Tucker beat Lovejoy the next weekend to win the Class AAAA championship. The teams also met in the 2007 semifinals, with Northside rallying for a 31-28 win on its way to the state title.

No love for Harris County in here?! Y’all come down 85S to 185S next Friday night to check ‘em out. It’s not going to be a cake walk trying to stop the Clemson commit in Watson, not by any stretch of the imagination, but he will well out of his territory in the Piedmont region of GA, about 140 miles or so from home, in Hamilton, GA (population 307 – 2000 census). Should be a good one!

Quehefner208…. I agree with you . Harris County is getting no love. I’m a former HC football player and I just can’t belive that HC is not being recognized for what they’ve done so far this season.. We have been down for so long and it finally looks like a good program is being build down here. I wish my HC Tigers all the best. Reguardless of what happens in the quarterfinals I’m proud of them. Remember the Tigers!

Alright folks, Im here to eat all the crow that Im rightfully served. I said all week that Stephenson had to run the ball and stop the run and they did just that in the second half. It was 7-6 going in at halftime after east booted a 61 yd fg to get within one point. But in the second half it was Stephenson who made the right adjustments and were able to take it to the Raiders. Great season by the Raiders. Good luck to the Jags the rest of the way. If you guys keep playing at the level you all played last night you will go deep.

I want to wish Stephenson high school and Tucker high school both good luck. I know for a fact that one of these teams will be the state champions this year. I know kids on both teams who are very good players for both teams. I’ve watched a lot of these kids grow up playing football since they were ten years old. A lot of these kids come from the home of Central Dekalb Jaguar youth park. Everyone pay attention to the freshman/sophomore class of both of these teams.

I’m still shocked Stephenson made it this far! They have looked great throughout the playoffs thus far. Them losing earlier in the regular season really must have motivated them, because alot of the problems I saw with stephenson when they played MLK/Miller Grove have been corrected.

the Tucker and NSWR game should be epic. This will be the first complete team that NSWR has faced this season. After seeing NSWR against Flowery Branch, they didnt really look dominate. They looked good and they did their job, but its easy to blow out a team that really doesnt have an offense and keeps gettin “3 and outs.” like I said, this should be a GOOD game… cant wait

FWIW, AAAAA has by far the best quarterfinal matchups of any classification. Almost any of this week’s games ought to be played in the Dome in December.
Quarterfinal Predictions:
Gainesville over Harris County. The final score depends on when Deshaun Warson gets tired.. Sorry, Harris folks, but the Elephants keep rolling along…again.
NSWR over Tucker in a tight one. In the immortal words of the American Dream Dusty Rhodes, “Payback is hell, daddy!”
Ware over Stephenson. Once again, the Jaguars are done before December.
Whitewater over Alatoona in a blind coin toss. Ought to be as good a game as any in Georgia this Friday.

Region 6 is the SEC of highschool football that is true tough Region buttttttt Tucker is coming down to the MAC and playing a team that is also has the speed and skill set of those schools from Region 6. And you guys are right we will have to play 4 Qts this game and that’s a good thing cause Tucker is a good team I stay in Atlanta but my son plays for Northside so I watch all the teams play from Region 6 cause I knew all roads were coming thru Region 6 to get that Championship this year and we would like it no other way. All the talk about who we play and this and that comes to a end Friday and trust me “Aint got no worries” about last year defeat cause this is a new year and everybody is looking up at NORTHSIDE so come see how we ROLL at the MAC…

I love the nicknames given to your staduims. “The Mac”, The Swamp”, The Boneyard”. I never knew a staduim name could be so intimidating.
Well it seems Stephenson turned “The Boneyard” into “The Graveyard” & “The Swamp” will be turned into ‘Wasteland”
Tucker should turn “The Mac” into a “Snack” and should eat NSRW for lunch.
OO for the record you can’t call the NSWR & Tucker the best rivarly in high school. Why? because you don’t play them year in & year out. Rivaleries are when two teams play each other every year whether in the same region or non-region schedule.
Ex. MLK vs Stepehenson.. Camden vs Lowndes, Tucker vs Stephenson, NSWR vs WR just to name a few. Their are other good rivaleries but to call Tucker vs NSWR a rival c’mon man. Just two good football programs playing against one another.

Can it get any better Stephenson Vs Tucker II in the same year? What was on the line in the first true test for both squads leading up to their historic renewd rivalary back in September?
Tucker- State Champions in Clas AAAA, 21 game winning streak, re-alignment of the region which is STRONG. Well coached, athletic, fast, & strong.
Stephenson- Alot of hype when entering the new region 6 5-A, succesful in regular season play seem to fade out into playoffs. Well-coached, athletic, fast, & strong. Over 10,000 people in attendence anticpating one of the best HIGH SCHOOL RIVALERIES IN GEORGIA.

JAB; Be careful Stephenson doesn’t look pass Ware for a possible rematch with Tucker. Tucker likewise could make the same mistake. I know the old saying of, “We play one game at a time” but these are kids. I doubt if they can stick to that without help from coaches who will have to pound that in their heads.

Bcs2010: The only person talking about the fumble is you. The 2007 Tucker Team had two division one DB players. I remember being more concern about them then the D-1 player you recruited from St. Pius.(lol). I believe his name was Johnathan Jones. We played against him in the Dome while he was at Pius in Dome 2006.

BcS2010 You are a complete idioit the score was 14-28 at the half and our starting QB the famous M.Ivory came in the game and it was a Highlight rel for him. He basically beat tucker by himself. with a broken leg. In 2007 we EARNED that Win Last year tucker didnt EARN that win. And no coach is going to let his JV play in a semi final game. if that was the case your offense could of scored? no because northside had all the momentum when that happens its hard for high school kids to react. Northside did the same after that fumble. Northside wins by atleast 2 scores.
5AReg6Fan- No we have played some pretty good football teams our team is just disciplined. They know there assignments and does there job. Our coach staff will prepare and the game plan will be A+ no doubt. We have played four quarters in 2 games this year. No way your defense will stop our offense North Paulding Proved that. and Our Defense is the best in the State so your not scoring more than a touchdown. The only way tucker wins is if they Keep our offense off the field and under 21 points scored. Thats there chance of winning

NSWR hasn’t match up, this year, with nothing compared to Tucker’s weekly matchups in Region 6 … strong and fast defenses with explosives and speedy offensives. @Northside Dawg – Thanks for correcting your buddy BullEagle15 on the 2007 halftime score between Tucker and NSWR. I remember every detail of that game, because my son was one of the captains of that 2007 Tucker team. That game was very personal for me.
@BullEagle15 – Good football PROGRAMS prepare for their opponent and certainly NSWR will be preparing, but Tucker is a Good football PROGRAM too and Coach Lamar will be preparing the Tigers equally as well to face your Eagles. Enough of that crazy talk. Yes, there were a couple teams NSWR played this year, but Tucker has been playoff tested by many more (MLK, Stephenson, SWD, Mays, Miller Grove). @5AReg6Fan Yeah like I said if Tucker can hold us to under 21 points they can win but if not they lose fore sure. And they gave up 21 points to North Paulding and 25 to Creekview and Northside’s offense is way better than them both! So its not looking so good.

@Gamer – Always love your post, straight to the point and very objective, especially between Tucker and NSWR. Just a couple corrections: 1) the athlete you mention his last name isn’t Jones. I don’t post kids name on blogs, so I will give you his number in 2007 – #1 and he is finishing up great collegiate career at a D1 school and Tucker did not recruit him. His parents moved into Tucker’s school district, noting more – nothing less. 2) One of those D1 DB is now making a living in the League and the other is a member of the soon to be BCS National Championship Game team Norte Dame. 3) There are NSWR fans still posting about the 2011 game between the Tigers and Eagles, while still hanging on to a FOOTBALL PLAY made by Tucker’s DL player. If I can move on from the 2007 Tucker/NSWR matchup in the dome, see my earlier post, then certainly other’s can, who may not have skin in that game … I’m just saying!

@BcS2010. I understand what you are saying, but in MY opinion a rivalry is when two teams meet on a year to year basis and has develope a disliking for the other team. I will agree with you on the winner between NSWR and Tucker has gone on to win state in the past few years, but that was before the realignment and if you so happen to start playing each other whether in a non conference schedule I would say one of the best rivals in Georgia. When you just play them in playoffs and hope that you meet in one of the rounds if neither team lose then its a good football game between two good programs. Like I said before rivals are develope not for the name sake of just saying a rival just because. LIke I said before some good High School Rivals in georgia WIlkes vs Washington County, Camden vs Lowndes, Stephenson vs MLK, Brookwood vs Parkview, NSWR vs WR. I can keep going but you get the picture. We can agree to disagree on this topic all nite long. In matter of fact.. @5AReg6Fan. Probably the best 3 seed in state. Sometimes hwere you are seeded isn’t bad at all especially for the defending State Champions. Well let me ask you a question people. If Tucker is a 3 seed in Region 6, then what does that say about Region6? Remember Tucker is the defending state champs and has won that region with consistency until this year. I’m just sayin…. Tucker 3 seed is really a 1 seed in other regions

@BullEagle15 – I would bet that both coaching staffs from Tucker and NSWR are preparing their teams to hold the other from scoring many points … it wouldn’t favor either team. The points Tucker gave up in the rounds 1 & 2, might be attribute to the teams they faced versus the teams NSWR faced in those rounds. Hard for me to compare, the level of competition that your Eagles have faced, but it appear that both have high scoring offenses and both teams defenses will need to step up to the challenge. One thing I believe, is that Nov 30th, at the MAC, both teams will need to bring their A game and if history serves right, I’m betting both will show up in a big way. One thing I can agree, is that BOTH Tucker and NSWR are not one or two year wonders … these two PROGRAMS are dominate every year and will need to be dealt with if you want the CROWN.

@KOD – I’ve pretty much have answer the question about 5A region 6 all year long with my final tagline. I haven’t changed it since this year’s season started, in August. Region 6 has 6 teams if playing in other 5A regions would have been playoff representatives. It takes region 6, 10 regular season games to determine its seating and playoff teams, not just one or two regular season games. If this region stays in tack, this will be the story, year-end and year-out. As some of the NSWR bloggers will say “It’s good to be a Northside Eagle”, we in region 6 could say “It’s good to be a member of 5A best HS football region”. Oh, don’t let me mention basketball. (LOL) Maybe I’ll change my tagline next year

Well hey I guess we disagree.. I no when I played for tucker we hated NSWR becuz of the 2007 game and we came out and won state the next year. Last year wen I found out we was playin NSWR almost everybody from my class of 2010 was talking about the game like it was the super bowl. All I’m saying is tucker hates NSWR and NSWR hates tucker so I say it’s a rivalry!

If so, then you would probably know my son, he was a senior on the 2007 team and wore #81, while my daughter was a 2010 graduate that played basketball and was all state and is currently playing D1 at the college level. BullEagle15, Stephenson has been to the playoffs plenty times before. We have been to the dome and the quarterfinals before. Just another person speaking what they dont know. Stephenson opened in 96. We have been to the playoffs every year since 2001. We have also played Ware County twice before and beaten them twice before. Not saying that means anything today, but will you people please speak what you know, if you dont know then hush.

So I see what type of person you are, you want to resort to name calling because your wrong. I know more about my alma mater and my former team than you think you know. Like you said, “you dont believe”, exactly, speak only what you know. You dont know what your talking about, you worry about whoever your cheer for, dont worry about our team since you cant get your facts right. Year in and year out Stephenson does get it done, just because they havent won a championship doesnt mean they havent had success. We are a victim of our own success because the AJC and other media outlets want to pump us up every year, so that people like you can get tired of hearing it and root for us to lose. Thats fine, Ive been one who says keep the AJC away from our school. We will win one, dont worry. It takes time, the school is still young, trust me, it will get done. Im glad your cracking yourself up, dont get mad because we are proud of the strides that our program has made in its short history. We care about our young men and women beyond football, that’s why our coaches work hard to help them after high school football. Most kid’s with championship rings stay right in their little town after graduation with no opportunity. No one cares about their ring a few months after the season. Almost all of our seniors go on to play somewhere whether its Poduck University or the SEC. Our ring will come in time. GET OFF OUR JOCKS BullEagle15! NO ONE CARES about the Championship NSWR won a few years ago. It’s old now, let it go dude.

NSWR is so ready for a rematch with Tucker , you are right we have not played anyone of your pedigree.We will probably fold like deck chairs on the Titanic. im so glad that the attention is on tucker and NSWR and it is very well deserved because of the two programs history but i think people are overlooking stephenson as a real state contender at this point ..by far the most impressive win this past weekend against a very good 11-0 team who we took apart with no problem…i no most of bloggers is looking at the tucker vs NSWR game to determine who wins state but every coach in 5A left is looking at stephenson wondering what are they going to do if we come out and play like we did against EP..

I like staying under the radar, let`s just go down the road and do what we do. I think Ware will be a worthy opponent as all the teams left will. Now onto to some insight on Stephenson vs Ware. Stephenson has Ware number in previous years at “The Swamp”. I know Ware will be better prepared this time around. Very good football team & physical. You have to do something right in order to make it this far in State playoffs.
Stephenson wins a close but pull away in the 4th quarter 24-14.
NSWR vs tucker. I never use the term “hate” each other.Bad blood, disliking, or most spirited in this game. From what I heard from bloggers on here and a few other blog sites, Tucker why even show up to play against NSWR? I mean come on, Tucker can’t match the speed, physical nature of NSWR, running game, O line & D line is not better than NSWR. So tucker you better not think you have a chance to win at “The Mac” LOL. Ok ok i was just making fun of what I heard by some bloggers. Now onto the game on a serious note. Very competitve throughtout the four quarters.Going to come down to has the ball last in this folks. @BcS2010 – My daughter is doing VERY WELL as both a student and athlete … about to graduate with a degree in biology and has 3 more years of NCAA eligibility on the bball court. She is almost averaging a double-double in this young season. My son is finishing up his college degree … MIRCLES do happen. (LOL) He is trying to make the Tucker/NSWR game this Friday … he lives in the area and goes to school with #5 who played on the 2007 Eagles as the RB. Many of the kids that played with you at Tucker, I know well … coached them in their youth football days at TFL as “TUCKER LIONS”. Also, those that came before you and those on the current Tiger team (e.g. #5, #25, #23, #11, etc).

The Eagles Defense picks up where it left off last season, Northside knows this Tucker offense very well, Our D-line is bigger faster, Backers are quicker , and Tucker remembers #42 Payne …….My concern is with the Tucker defense,our money plays might not be as successful against DATUCK , Tuckers speed on Defense will eat up our option plays…..50/50 split offensively the Eagles will have to go with, thrown in with first and second down passing…..Northside 30 Tucker 20

Realist, the REALITY is that for several years, Stephenson has blown through the regular season and choked in the playoffs. It’s been 1-and-done or 2-and-through for YEARS. I know how many kids have gone on to play at the next level, and that’s great. But facts are facts. Making the quarters this year is as fat as the Jaguars have been in FOREVER. Ware County is no slouch, and South Georgia teams get overlooked because they don’t get a lot of press here in ATL. The Gators are for real, and I believe they’ll be munching on Jaguars Friday night.

To all the NSWR fans, take a lesson from East Paulding. We had been telling them all last week that they haven’t played anyone all season and they had a false impression of who they really were. We also told them that this region 6 was like the SEC, competitive every week. But they insisted that their defense was all world and their offensive line were beast and they couldn’t be stopped. Well you see how Stephenson destroyed them.
This is what happens when you play weak teams all year. Stop bragging about the city, region and what other championships that you have won this year because if you were in region 6 you might be a 7 win team that finishes 4th seed or worst.
You are not as good as you think you are and come Friday night Tucker is going to prove it! I watched your film and you seem to struggle with teams that run the ball right at you. TCC ran up the middle on you like butter. Their running back had over a hundred yards rushing. If you can’t stop them from running you definately can’t stop us because nobody runs the ball like TUCKER!
We are going to beat you by 14 points. Do you remember that feeling y’all had last year after watching us rip your hearts out of your chest on that excellent goaline stand that gave us a 100 yard fumble return, well get use to it because we are going to do it again.
I think I will start a new tag line for us, tell me what you think:

Congrats to Stephenson, Tucker, and Allatoona for moving on! I never thought EP would be beaten so easily but the Jags dominated the line on offense and defense. Despite the soft region I thought EP was loaded this year and had their best chance to contend, but I was wrong.
Now it look like lots of good North vs South battles in round three. Good luck to all!!

@Reeze – How well does Tucker remember #42. (OMG) This athlete, IMO, prevented at least 2 Tucker scores. His ability to cover side-to-side is remarkable for a HS football player. Tucker will need to make adjustments to account for #42. I’m sure he will have many opportunities to play on Saturday afternoons. It’s funny, I was speaking with some NSWR fans after last year’s game and mention, is there any way to get his parents to move to DeKalb, because he would look GOOD in Maroon and Gold. (LOL) I agree with your assessment on both team’s defense speed and the 50/50 split. Tucker’s weakness has been their CB, not the SS/FS and if Northside is able to take advantage of this, well, it could be a long hour and half ride back to DeKalb for the Tigers. Offensively, both teams have the ability to strike quickly, often, with many weapons, so the winner’s defense will win this epic … and defense does win CHAMIPIONSHIPS. Disagree with your projected score, I see a closer game without that many points scored … Tucker 22 Northside 17. Giving the “W” to the Tigers, due to their QB and his play along with his experience in BIG games. Good Luck my Eagle supporter, I for one love matchups like this … we fans cannot ask for anything more.

Monroe’s First Redcoat, I agree with you. I am not using the argument that alot of kids from our program has gone on to college and the pros as an excuse to validate the reason why we havent wont a championship yet. I will be one of the first to say that it is about time to take that next step. What I am saying is that the school is still fairly new, and that success comes in stages for many programs. Just because you have alot of talent on a team doesnt mean that you will win a championship. And just because you havent won a championship with alot of talent does not mean that you have bad coaches. It takes alot of factors to win a championship, and its a learning experience for coaches and players on how to get there. Tucker High School opened in 1918 and they just won their first state championship in 2008. It took them 90 YEARS to win their first one. That doesnt mean that Tucker never had great teams or coaches. They had a hell of a team when Patrick Pass was there, and a good coach, and they still didnt win. Stephenson has only been open for 16 yrs. Tucker has 15 region championships, we, Stephenson, have 7, and we havent even been opened half the time that Tucker has. There are alot of great college and pro teams that never win championships even though they had a boat load of talent. Some of you people who blog, but have never played a sport or coached a sport before dont understand how hard it is to put all the ingredients together to win a championship. No disrespect to Tucker, but I just have to show people that they have to examine their arguments. Stephenson catches alot of heat because of the media age that we are in and all the attention that we get from our success so far. One has to look at the bigger picture when we are talking about high school football, especially in Dekalb county, where the coaches get paid the same as the teachers and they have to teach 6 classes a day. In South Ga, the coaches get paid twice as much, and have no classes to teach during the day, they can game plan all day long. There’s a bigger picture when your dealing with young men. Trust me, the Stephenson coaches and community plays for championships every year, we are by no means just happy with getting kids in college. Our championship will come, I just hope it doesnt take 90 years.

Tuckers lost to Stephenson was a fluke no doubt. Tucker is just not the same this year though. We Will win by atleast 10. Unless the misfortune happens again. Tucker Defense is suspect. If North Paulding would of stop fumbling the ball they could of beat them last week.! But no way your going to beat Tucker when you Fumble every possession you have! NEVER FEAR JAB IS HERE****** Now Reeze, I’ve followed Stephenson since the first game they ever played back in 1996, and I can truly say that the JAGS haven’t never been this balance on their offensive attack. I think the coaches realize on Friday how good their passing attack really was. Also, I believe that the outcome against MLK & Miller Grove would have been a lot different. I’ve been at every Stephenson game this year except for the Arabian Mtn. game, I got there early when Stephenson & Tucker hooked up! Stephenson defense stepped up to the plate and straight out won the game, no flukes fumbles recovery etc. also they won the game without their head coach present at the game!! The weakness in Stephenson is this year have been their young secondary and inability to defend the pass, but after Friday night, it seems like they got all of that worked out!!!
After (ALL) of this TUCKER/NSWR hype is over, (And I hope Tucker pulls this one out). The JAGS are on a mission and sorry TUCKER, they got your number, I looked into the eyes of the Jaguars and they got; ‘THE EYE OF THE TIGER”…….

@ Tiger4Life – I agree. I’ve watched tape of NSWR. They are a good team but do struggle against the run. And, if you remember they stacked the box last year to keep us from running. The ONLY reason that game was even close last year was because we had one long touchdown pass called back on a holding penalty in the first half. And, we DROPPED a second touchdown pass in the second half.
If not for the phantom holding penalty and the touchdown drop we would have won going away in the MAC last year. The MAC is a great environment I must say, and that’s why it will be so much fun to WIN again there this year.

@Reeze – The yards accumulated on the 60 yard touchdown pass that was called back due to the “phantom” holding penalty and the dropped touchdown of 55 yards are not accounted for in the final statistics.
Don’t get me wrong. Neither team ran away with the game last year. Well, except for the 100 yard fumble return for a touchdown.
My point was that if NSWR puts nine and ten in the box again, and we convert those plays instead of getting a penalty and/or dropping the ball it would create a larger margin of victory for Tucker.

Tucker vs NSWR should be televised this week on Comcast CSS right? At this time in the season every team should be playing up to their potential. Coaches should have made adjustments from the beginning of Spreing until now. If your team is still playing the same way it did back in Aug, then I say you been pretty lucky. I do believe teams & coaches has made adjustments. It comes down to me which one or two players who will step up make a big play or what you see in game film you can take advantage of as a coach. Very interesting in what Tucker & NSWR coaches see in film. I seen serveral minor adjustments on both teams if one team can take advantage of that team will win the game.
FInally let me address this fumble that you all keep going back and fourth about. I coached defense & as defensive coach you say play until the whistle. A goaline stand is the best way to show that your defense is domanite & to top it off with a fumble for 100 yards is the icing on the cake. Now I didn’t see any of this, I’m just going off what I heard. if someone cn tell me was this on the first, second ,third or fourth down this fumble occured. I can continue my point

Well NSWR fans, it doesn’t matter how many yards Tucker had last year … What was the FINAL score and who moved on to the next round? Again, that was last year, different teams for both Tucker & NSWR for Nov 30th 2012 showdown. The only comparison to be made is that the venue will be the same. Reeze, true that! All trash talk aside, we both know that this is going to be the biggest test of the season for either team. I think we both know that one mistake could cost either of us the game. So what that means is that both coaching staffs have to have these boys prepared to the fulliest. Last year I watch a NSWR team that was very well prepared and fully motivated, but so were the Tigers. This year is no different. In matchups like these you really can’t predict a ending score but I’ve seen the film and I have notice in several areas where your personal is giving away keys. If we focus on that we should be fine.
I will say this the championship is going to come from this side of the bracket and you can bank on that. Same as last year.Don’t worry though because the Tigers will be in it.

Thanks for posting that link. From what I seen, the NSWR made a good play broke a tackle but didn’t have enough speed to score in which felt he should have or dove in for that final two yards instead of getting knocked out of bounce. Small plays like that makes or break a team. And that play brokr NSWR because that kid didn’t make that extra push, and Tucker was able to not give up on that play and look what happen next. NSWR fumbles the ball the scoop & score change that game. Nevr give up on a play. NSWR looked to comfortable on that 1st & goal and wham bam thank you ma’am.
