Doesn’t matter since Calhoun is peaking at the right time and looks unbeatable.

In all seriousness though, the way these two teams look, the score most likely be within 4 points.

Question?

Has Calhoun lost to anyone other than Bufford in the past 5 seasons? I know they lost the first 3 title games with Bufford before pulling it out last season. If those are their only losses, they would’ve only lost to one team in the past 5 years.

You Calhoun folks forgot about the TD they didn’t call in the first half when half the QB’s body was in the endzone (ball included). Also the 2 very bad interference calls that weren’t made. Calhoun was better last night but quit being so arrogant. It will come back to get you like it did Buford.

Rick, you never had a chance, quit acting as if you were ever in the game.

@Question; The last time Calhoun lost to anyone other than Buford was the 3′rd game of the regular season in 2008 vs Cartersville. Calhoun went 12-3 that year, eventually losing to Buford in the state Finals. Since the start of the 2009 season, Calhoun is 55-2, and the two losses were to Buford in the state finals. Nothing I said indicated that I thought we were ever in the game. We weren’t. Kids played hard but didn’t make the plays. Enjoy your run. It will end just like Buford’s did. The more arrogant you get the faster it will end. We enjoyed the competition. It gives us something to work for. Only 5 seniors on the field for us. Most were sophomores and freshmen. We will be back.

Rick — fan talk has nothing to do with how the team performs, now if they get arrogant, you will be right, you will get beat — its up to the coach to keep their heads on. Calhoun too is loaded with 9 & 10 graders, hopefully we will meet again in the future.

I think it is interesting that Calhoun is often related in conversations with Buford. Both being city schools. In Calhoun, can someone outside the city limits (school district) pay tuition to attend the high school?
