EAST at 8 / 0 is playing at 1 / 7 LITHIA SPRINGS tonight…,I am doing something I have not done in 6+ years…MISSING A RAIDER GAME!!! A group of us are heading to the NORTH PAULDING / ALLATOONA game to see how ALLATOONA really looks!
NORTH PAULDING at 6 / 2 is hosting UNDEFEATED ALLATOONA tonight…with an upset win tonight and win next week against VILLA RICA NORTH could move up as high as the #2 seed (it would take some interesting things to happen but is possible), if this were to happen NORTH would host a playoff game against currently the #2 seed in Region 8 — FLOWERY BRANCH, who just happens to have the OLD NORTH coach on it’s staff. Don’t you know the NORTH folks would LOVE that chance!!!
See ya in “THE BONEYARD” next week ALLATOONA…the REGION 5 AAAAA Title gets decided!
TICK…TICK…TICK…BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

I sure wish my vikings were gonna be 100% tonite. Camden is very big, physical, fast and GOOD! I think we need a great effort on both sides of the ball just to stay close to these guys but it doesnt help being without two key starters. It should be a good game between two good teams. Play hard Vikes and make em earn everything!!

You said the same thing when Lowndes played Valdosta, did not see much dominating in that game. Don’t really see much dominating from either team. Don’t really look at this as an upset if Lowndes wins. An upset is what Parkview did to Grayson. Lowndes however will have to play a flawless game and slow down the quick scoring of Camden. Camden puts teams in a hole quick. I have been reading some of this stuff and some is insane. Camden and Lowndes have played three of the same teams with different results, but wins on both behalf. Now folks seem to think that Camden has not played competitve teams, Lowndes schedule has not been one to be feared. When in fact neither team schedule ranks very high. If we were looking at stats though, Camden leads in points scored, allowed, yards rushing and passing a game. I read where Camden is this big team, when they are smaller than most of the teams that they have played. Every O Line has been bigger than the D line, every D line has been bigger than the O line.

Let’s see if the crew at the AJC keeps Warner Robins in the top 10. The Demons lost a close game against top ranked Peach County. The Demons will get blown out like everyone else in AAAAA by Northside (Warner Robins). If Colquitt County loses 3 out of 8 games, one would think that Warner Robins remains in the top 10 after two losses against two top ranked programs. Something tell me that Bryan Way does not self promote in the same way that a certain Colquitt County coach does.

@ yo: Camden County plays big games every season. There is only one big time atmosphere in Regioin 1-AAAAAA. That is Lowndes County. the rest of the entire region of southwest Georgia is good for about 5000 fans, just like any other mediocre program in the state.
Camden is going to run through Region 1 like a hot knife going through butter…just like Northside (Warner Robins) did (17-1 vs. South Georgia Region 1 teams over four years). FYI: Camden is probably a little better than our beloved Eagles which means that the Vikings are going to get exposed early on national TV.
The one thing I can say about Lowndes fans is they will stay and not leave in the 3rd quarter like Valdosta…Colquitt County…Coffee…Thomas County Central…and those other “so called” special fanbases in southwest GA. FRONT-RUNNERS!

@ yo: You are correct. Unfortunately, you can not claim Warner Robins as a south Georgia Region 1 team. If we include the Middle Georgia wins, it is more than 17 wins. The bottom line is it was a pretty easy region.
You know that Camden County is the best program in the state. You also know that with the exception of Lowndes County, that region is laughable. Ask Brooks County if programs like Valdosta are intimidating. Their fans give up on their kids too early and do not travel well. The same is applicable for the Tift County…Coffee…Colquitt County…Thomas County Central and every other Region 1 fanbase. I know that it is against the southwest Georgia code to say it. I am not from south Georgia…neither is Warner Robins (who was the second loss that Northside had).

Yo: Let’s be honest. Camden County (best program in Georgia). I would rate Northside (Warner Robins) and Buford as second and third. I would call Lowndes County 4th (look at the records over the past 10-15 years and State Championships). If you are honest, there is not another south Georgia program that is a top 20 program in the state (based on winning percentage and state championships). At least, there is not a big school Region 1/South Georgia program in the conversation among the top 20 programs.
If you honestly access the top 20 in the state, there is only one down there (Lowndes County). If you do the same accessment, there may be 2 Warner Robins programs in the state’s top 25.

Woodward can offer your son a financial aid package that is available to any student based upon need. They can offer your son a work/study program. If you are watching the Camden vs. Lowndes game, here it is . If this what is supposed to be the best to offer, either from 6A or South Georgia, people are sadly mistaken. Both these teams leave alot to be desired in a complete football team. Given that they do what they do well, there has to be more. Where is the passing game ? Camdens defense is good against the run but what can they do against a passing team.? Lowndes is also goood on D against the run, can they handle both a running and passing team ? I see nothing special about either of them. Region 1 better look out for Region 4. The ability to put points on the board is paramount. When you play in an offense that is not geared toward that goal, it is hard to compete without a passing game. I just don’t see it.! The wing T is old. Both rely on it too much. Mark myt words, They (both) are going to have a tough road to hoe on their journey.

Roswell DBs have made life tough to find open WR for Lassiter. Police just made a great catch for Lassiter though. Lassiter has run the ball fairly well tonight. Also believe Printz broke the county record tonight for passing yards for a career, passing former Trojan, Hutson Mason. Printz just ran in a TD for Lassiter, 28-14 now.
Also, some schools need to find out about OL Logan Doar at Lassiter. He is about 6′ 5” and somewhere around 300 lbs give or take a few. He has been a key cog on a junior heavy d-line as the only senior (I believe). Really deserves at least a look at some level…much like many other kids out there.

Lassiter beats Roswell 28-14. Region 5-6A champions. 2nd region championship in school history.
They ran it down Roswell’s throat to run out the last 3+ min. Shahid got every carry for Lassiter I believe on that clock-milking drive.
Have a couple things to work on. Penalties didn’t seem to be a huge issue tonight which is good. Had some mental errors on blown coverages and some sloppy tackling. Got 1 more game to get tuned up for what will hopefully be a long playoff run.
Just need Camden and Grayson to stay on that opposite side of the bracket. Don’t want to see them until the Dome if the teams are lucky enough.

Carrollton is getting wooped…they gave up mid way through the second quarter. When your down 30-0 and you continue to run misdirection and trap plays, how do you ever expect to come back? Teague is out of his league. Change that unbelievably predictable offense. Also where is their sense of urgency? The Trojans have had the ball 3 times in the 3rd quarter and let TONS of time roll off the clock between snaps. Teague is skating on thin ice for sure, and Carrollton won’t make it past round two with this garbage game plan.

First, Congrats to MLK 24-17, region champs. If MLK acts like this with a region, they will get knocked out quick at state, act like you’ve been there. You can really see a difference in Tucker since Stephens left. I didn’t think there would be that much of a drop off but both this game and the Stephenson game showed me that top quality competition may be too difficult for Tucker. Tucker is way too one dimensional and their defense seemed lost at times with simple run plays towards the end of the game. Just my 2 cents worth.

Congratulations MLK on your Region Championship over Tucker….however, I would like to suggest that the Defensive team work very hard to improve your game if we are to advance deep into the playoffs…and hopefully to the State Championship game.
I would also strongly encourage the coaching staff to bury the ‘On Side Kick’ play…it doesn’t work 99% of the time….AND had they not called that play Tucker never would have gotten their last touchdown making the final score 24-17.

Good job Camden, even though most folks gave you chance to win region 1 this year, congrats on your first region 1 championship. Your defense is the real deal. Lowndes good game, like I said earlier you have to play error free to beat Camden. Yards were hard to come by, by both teams. Lowndes and Camden are mirror images of one another. Both look to be a challenge for anyone. Even though Lang and Burgman were sidelined, I still think that it would have been the same outcome. We will never know. Camden still has a big game next week, so the off week will favor Lowndes in getting back to full strength. Coach Mac glad you were looking ahead to the playoffs to give your guy’s time to heal. Took a lot to make that decision, maybe not the most popular one, but a good coaching decision. I believe Lowndes will make a run in the playoffs. The defense is real.

I was utterly dissapointed with both teams as a whole. The Wing T is old and has it’s merits but you must have a secondary plan of attack. Neither of these teams showed it has what it takes to be a champion in Georgia High School football, especially the highest class. What I witnessed was a battle of wills. No athletic ability came into question. These teams are not top calibre. The playoffs will tell much and all will be surprised as to the out come of many games in 6A.

The best player on the Camden team tonight was the Lowndes quarterback. Open receivers all night and he never threw the ball. The second best player for Camden was the punt returner, who dropped almost every punt kicked his way. And the best coach for Camden was Randy McPherson, who wouldn’t give a second string quarterback a chance no matter how bad his starter was playing.

I could be wrong, but it seemed like Lowndes did not get more that about about 50 yards of total offense other than their first drive? Anybody have the stats? Where was the Lowndes offense? They have a good defense but I just didn’t see any offense. Lowndes was lucky they were not shut out.
Obviously the Camden defense had quite a bit to do with that, but Lowndes isn’t going far in the playoffs if they cannot move the ball. The Lowndes defense seemed stout, but Camden was content with ball control offense given there was no worry that Lowndes would move the ball. Not much of a challenge for Heron and the Wildcats.
When Camden did throw the ball, Lowndes was quite vulnerable. And there was absolutely no indication in this game about what Camden might do against a spread offense. I am not sure we really learend much from this game other than that Camden runs the ball more consistently than Lowndes. I think we knew that before the opening kick-off.

We ran the ball because we had the lead and were in straight command of the game. We didn’t have or need to throw it. You must not know that Sandy Creek averages a little over 200 passing yards a game to go along with a little over 200 rushing yards a game. We are very well rounded. If a team in AAAA wants a piece of Sandy Creek they are foolish. Sandy Creek is a monster.

Watching on tv I couldn’t tell if anyone was open, the cameras just focused on the qb. It looked like he had been coached to drop back, look at 1 or 2 routes and if he didn’t think it was open to just run. Like maybe the coaches were convinced the Camden rush would get to him quicker than it did.

Sportnut,if history tells us anything about the wing-T offense, it is multiple GA State titles. Just saying, don’t knock what works. Both Lowndes and Camden’s defense practice against it everyday. Those fancy offensive teams without State titles will not know who has the ball when they play against a wing T offense for the first time. Good luck to them.

the diff in the game tonight with lowndes and camden was simple……..NUMBER 12….camden ran the ball nowhere on lowndes. We shut their running game down. We muffed a punt…..Our qb picked the worst time of year to play his worse game……wide recievers were open almost everytime he dropped back…..he just could not pull the trigger. Camdens defesne is very very good….that also played a part…..Lowndes was without its two best players…..and it showed…..one was on the muffed punt…the other was in our running game….
Not making excuses………camden was the better team tonight……..if we had our 2 best players i feel we cam give them a much better game……..but they are good.
ramsey was 2 yards past the line of scriimage on the last td camden had…….but game was already over…it did not even matter…..Lowndes defense did their job tonight…we had to play a perfect game wothout our 2 best players and we didnt
lowndes is going to make some noise in the playoffs…..

We were without our 2 best players tonight vs camden and unlike a lot on here that did not want to admit it……i knew we were in trouble…….those 2 boys…lang and burgman would have made a difference in the game….would we have won? maybe not….
our qb for whatever reason decided not to throw the ball tonight. guys WERE WIDE OPEN
there is only a few teams in the state that may can beat camden in my opinion…..Lowndes is one of them if we have our 2 best players……but we would have to play better than we did tonight. We have the defense. Camden will tell you that. They ran nowhere. Jj green…all he did all night was the one kickoff return…..which prob would not have happened if lang and burgman were on the field. ramsey was the difference. Grayson is the other team. Observation by Elementary: What I saw was a superior Camden team tonight vs Lowndes. It was not pretty, but a workmanlike victory. Camden defense vs Lowndes offense…….no contest that could be easily seen by all. LHS only score was aided by I think three15 yeard penalties on the opening drive. No other time in the game was Lowndes even close to scoring. The many turnovers by the Vikings certainly helped our cause and we will take it. Good teams take advantage and my Wildcats did just that. Hats off to Viking defense and holding down the Wildcats punishing running game…….that was most suprising to me. This game was never in doubt. Camden to big, to strong, to fast, to disciplined, and very well coached.

congrats to camden…..the last td was a missed call by ref……..brice was 2 yd past line of scrimmage when he threw the ball. it was over anyway…..who cares.
lowndes played it smart by resting lang and burgman tonight. We will be hell to beat in playoffs…….camden is the best team in state right now……no doubt……and we are not far behind them when our 2 best are on the field

Congrats on a Great game to the Eagles and Demons , The Demons O-line came to play , not much penetration for the Eagles D-line tonight , they took advantage of Big Austin not being out there tonight…..Demons tight ends did a fantastic job sealing out the Eagle D-line , But as long as there’s Keyshun Hill , Gleen Smith and Martin on the field , no matter what you throw at the Eagles they’ll be hard to beat…..Don’t think ive ever seen a kid like Hill that can make something out of Nothing , Fantastic TD runs tonight for Keyshun tonight…….The Demons move the ball on the ground tonight . …If this carries over into the playoffs for them not many teams will stop them. ..I usually don’t complain about the officiating , but the quality seems to be on a downward spiral…The last 2:30 of this game was unreal.

Since we played Thursday night, my wife and I decided to go to the Brookwood – South Gwinnett game. It was a barn burner for sure! South won in the last 2 minutes 42-38. The interesting thing was I did not see a lot of basic football. It was big plays or nothing for the most part. In the first quarter, the South quarterback had all night and tomorrow too while dropping to throw! It was crazy! Brookwood has speed, speed, speed when their backs can break loose. R8 just got a little clearer but I sure would like South to beat Parkview next week. After watching South the past three weeks against the Rams, Archer and now Brookwood, I think they have a good chance. Certainly not a sure thing because Parkview is a good team but I will be surprised if the Panthers roll over the Comets.

Some of these comments are stupidest i ever read on this blog, anybody that is a true follower of high school football and knows the history between Camden and Lowndes. Expects a low scoring game between two good defensive teams and both that runs the wing t. Both teams play conservative on offense when they have a lead. And all the people from Gwinnett that is talking this nonsense when Grayson is a mirror image of Camden, both play the same exact style of football. And sportnuts you need to check your history, see how many wing t teams have won state championship since 2000. And if i recall correctly just last yr a coach from camden co took Tucker to state title game and defeated hmmm somebody in GA dome running that same wing t offense and with the same defensive scheme that Camden runs. Talk back to me if or when you face Lowndes & Grayson in the playoffs. You be hoping that parkview beats south gwinnett next week. Lovejoy might beat one wing t team but i guarantee you they wouldn’t beat both.

@ Observer == I was referring to all the people watching on ESPNU. @ truth teller == I am not hating. We have this debate about who is better than whom and how football is played and we talk all things football. If you do not understand this, disregard my post and move on. I happen to know football,. I just like to see plays made by the offense. Long ago, the concept of passing was instituted in football and I think it is an essential part of the game. I take nothing away from the status they have achieved as good football programs. I have seen better teams this season. That’s all. I am sure others feel the same way. Some have expressed that on this blog. To me, both leave a lot to be desired as far as a champion this year is concerned. Don’t try to put me into any category. I Won’t Fit. I am just a fan calling it like I see it. After last nights game,. There is no hate, just looking at things differently. Any player that has a chance to watch the game from last night is going to say “We can beat them”. Don’t think for one minute that this is not happening. Confidence is soaring among the region 4 teams, or it should be. For those that can pass, such as Alpharetta, a good feeling will accompany them when it all starts.

HEy Sportsnut….You might have seen teams that you thought were better because they were playing against lesser defenses. Bring your great Spread Attack against a real defense and you will be begging to be able to run the ball like the machines of Camden and Lowndes. You can watch the televison all day long and it does not equate to playing Camden or Lowndes. So until you line it up with a real team you have no idea what you are talking about. I kind of compare it to watching a pro golfer swing on television. It looks nice and anybody can do it but go to a pro tournament and see just how fast a pro golfer swings the club and you will get an idea of just how fast Camden and Lowndes can play.

This is not Golf. I admire your enthusiasm but be real, that was not very convincing to anyone but Camden fans. Many Lowndes fans will say that had they had their other players, things may have been different. This could very well be true. Camden did what they had to do to win and Lowndes was no push over. It is just that I have seen better football played this season by other teams. They are going to have trouble should they fall behind in the playoffs against some teams. Their passing game is almost non-existant. They will need it. Region 4 will put the ball in the air and some do it well. Fall behind and you may be in for a long night especially if you want to constantly run the football. Can they throw when needed ? Not very much evidence to show they can. Running is their bread and butter. Stop the run, stop them.

Gwinnett teams will find out soon enough that we play defense down here. Is there even a good defense up there besides Grayson? And we scored 31 on them the last two times we met.

TICK…TICK…TICK…BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
OK ALLATOONA that’s the sound of the COUNTDOWN CLOCK…it’s officially ON & RUNNING!!!
This Friday Nov. 9th in “THE BONEYARD” UNDEFEATED EAST PAULDING 9 / 0 vs. UNDEFEATED ALLATOONA 9 / 0 for the REGION 5 AAAAA CHAMPIONSHIP and the # 1 SEED in the Playoffs!!!
A few interesting Stats to compare…
ALLATOONA has scored 338 / 116 1 OT game and 1 Shutout win…Avg. = 37.5 / 12.8 per game!
EAST PAULDING has scored 400 / 83 4 Shutout wins…Avg. 44.4 / 9.2 per game!
I’m not a real big fan of comparing stats but what makes this interesting is both teams have played the identical opponents so it is a fair comparison.
Several of us went to the NORTH PAULDING / ALLATOONA game last night and it was a good game to watch. It was closer than the score seems late in the 2nd quarter as it was 21 / 7 with NORTH on the goal line with 4 seconds left but no time outs. They chose to run up the middle and would have scored but ALLATOONA stopped the QB at the goal line…a footnote here refs missed a blatant facemask on the QB and NORTH should have got another play but the clock ran out and it was 21 / 7 at the half. That seemed to take the steam out of NORTH and the 2nd half was all ALLATOONA. Congrats to ALLATOONA for a real good 9 / 0 season to date!
So ALLATOONA went to overtime against HIRAM winning 20 / 17…Beat PAULDING COUNTY 36 / 0…went to SOUTH PAULDING and won 28 / 14…then went to NORTH PAULDING last night and won 56 / 21…
This week in “THE BONEYARD” you will find out it’s just different when you come EAST!!!
Love that “chant” your stands were doing whenever the “D” stopped NORTH’s offense…How did that go…”OH NO YOU DON’T, YOU CAN’T DO THAT”…cute…How bout you guys help us out this Friday with a slight revision to it…As the CANNON fires after each EAST TD and thru the smoke you see the scoreboard, how bout…

I love it when someone puts your teams in proper perspective and you guys want to tell everyone that they don’t know football. The truth is that you guys are stuck in the ’80’s as it relates to football. There is a reason why college football and the pros abandon the wing T. @ CamdenFan == Machine like is not good in football. It is too predictable. If I know you are going to run, I play the run. Next play, run. Next play, run. At some point you are going to need to pass and will you be able to? We may not get a chance to play either of these teams. They may be gone. I hope Lowndes has a healthy team if and when we play them. I have told them coming to us without your best will not be good. Stop worring about Lovejoy and concentrate on Region 4, who will test your Db’s. Hillgrove, McEachern, North Cobb and Marietta looks like the four and I am sure once they watch last nights game, they are feeling like they have hope. Hope is a powerful force.@ Unimpressed == They are so stuck on themselves, they don’t believe anyone can play with them. We ran the wing T back in the early 2000’s and played against it when it was popular. It is however old and slow. You are right. When someone gives them an assesment they don;t like, they criticize. You must, I repeat must have a passing game to compete when the field narrows or you face a team built to stop the run.

@sportsnut The Wing Tee is slow and old huh. Hmmmmmm, the last time I checked 7 out of the last 10 championships (including last year) in the states HIGHEST classification have come from the teams that run a Wing Tee.Camden 3/Lowndes 3/Grayson 1. When these three teams went through the playoffs, they faced teams who threw the ball 80% of the time and destroyed them.
The bottom line is that if you have a good program and you execute your gameplan you will have success.

@Cannon
North gave up 650 yards of offense to Allatoona and Alkatoona called the dogs of for the entire 4th qtr. the halftime score was actually 28-7 and if not for two first half interceptions thrown by Allatoona (1 in the Norths end zone ), it may have been a lot worse. It was an absolute physical butt whooping.

@ All Region 1 posters == I give up. You win. Your teams are the best teams and we, Lovejoy, or any one else are nowhere near your level. We can’t compete with you. No one can. Last night I saw two very good football teams. The stadium was jammed full and it was on national TV. I had my wings and my adult beverage and watched as the #1 team in Georgia play a spirited game of football. They were the visitors but may have supplied at least half the crowd of over 12,000 die-hard high school football fans. What I witnessed was a struggle of epic proportions. The unstoppable force against the immovable object. This game was all that and more. The host team lost but they can take solice in the fact that they were without their two best players and they will live to fight another day. They were game in every way. A few mistakes were made but they were by a young player with not that much experience playing due to the absence of one of the star players. This cost them dearly. There it is. You win. Now I am going to watch the World Ping-Pong Championships. Should be exciting.

Im going to go watch that lovejoy and colquit match up again. That was very exiting football game. Even if lovejoy lost they showed the state how good they are. Lovejoy is the best team with a loss

@ RealisticFan…
Yeah I believe you are correct at 28 / 7 but if (if,,LOL) NORTH had made the TD at the end of the half and then came out in the 2nd half and scored they could have still made a game of it…But you are correct it was a BUTT WHOOPIN’ and I hope I conveyed that in my post…NORTH had NO answer for ALLATOONA’s speed.
But I DO NOT see EAST giving the ALLATOONA QB anywhere near as much time as NORTH did and their line will not be able to stop Kamani. If the Coach will turn Mitchell and the offense loose EAST will SHOCK ALLATOONA!
TICK…TICK…TICK…BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
GO RAIDERS!!!

@ Lovejoynut == If you watch that game, you will see Lovejoy beat Colquit all over the field. Period. Watch the penalties. Watch Lovejoys big plays. Offensively and Defensively. Good game in the first half. 0-0. When Colquit scored twice in the third quarter, they thought it was over. Lovejoy scores to open the 4th. and the flags really fly. A 30 yard unsportsmanlike penalty on one player for one foul. A wide out being called for ineligible man down field. Two (2) touchdowns called back on phantom calls. Unsportsmanlike called because Zane Fields, our DE, hit Cole Seagraves so hard, they felt @they had to. Watch and see for yourself. @ Colquit Fan == I don’t bash your region. It is just when someone disagrees with you as strongly as I do, it is a problem for you. You and the rest always refer to that game as though we did not get any better during the year as you claim you do. Remember, Colquit always start slow and gets better. So did we. Also, at the time, I think they were ranked too. They also began the year as a co-favorite with Camden and Grayson to win it all. Or have all of you forgotten about that. We moved on and progressed. They did not. I will only point out the facts and they are that Camden and Lovejoy are the highest scoring teams in 6A and they are also the lowest scoring defenses in 6A. @ Lovejoynut == The touchdowns called back were not both in the 4th quarter. Not sure when they occured.

How many championships has the mighty LOVEJOY won with their great passing offense. You guys are having one decent year and you’re losing your mind. Do it consistently like CAMDEN and LOWNDES, and then and only then should a one year wonder in LOVEJOY SHOULD LET THE NAMES CAMDEN AND LOWNDES ROLL OFF THEIR TONGUES

@ Wildcat fan == We did lose. we make no excuses. What happened, happened. As long as the scoreboard read Home 14 Guest 7, that was and is final. Did you read my post and the words appear to state that Colquit was supposed to win it all, if not Grayson or Camden. You guys had already put Colquit up there and now they are the lowly # 4 seed. Turning on your fellow region mates to such a degree should be shameful. Yeah, we are having a nice little run. 32-3 is not to bad since 09′.

Depends on what you call hardware. Three region titles and a runner up State trophy is hardware to me. What has your team won in the last 3 years ?

Sportsnut, I think that the Camden fans can say that they have a state title in the last 3 years. 2009. 2012 has yet to be decided. I think that the issue is what happens on the scoreboard. I wathced the Camden and Lowndes game, with the exception of the penalties, it was apretty good defensive game. When you are playing a team that has the same skill set as you, it is difficult to move around the field. I also saw two coaches, coaching a careful game. Yes Lowndes did not have Burgman or Lang, but they still had the talent and skill set on the field. That is why there are 11 players on offense and 11 players on defense. Lowndes showed that they could play competitively without Lang and Burgman, and Camden showed that they could play with an injured QB. Both of these teams will be hard on whoever they face in the playoffs. Unless teams have played one another, we all can get on here and say what we want, that is why it is called a blog. How you view a game is just that, how you see it. The title is decided in Dec, the playoffs start next week. This will be a good year for Ga playoffs. I don’t recall whena passing team won the highest classification when it was AAAAA. Parkview was primarily a running team with a grat defense, Lowndes the same, Camden the same, Brookwood and Grayson as was Peachtree Ridge, Roswell shared with PTR, they were primarily a passing team then. Teams have to adjust to what the other teams are doing. Passing teams have to adjust to rushing teams and vice versa. Good thing about the playoffs, one and done. The playoffs is about a well rounded team. Your opinion is just that, your opinion.

@ Hiughschoolfootballfan == You make my point for me. We do it all. Check it out. So what happens when you play a team with more people at the skill positions than you have ?
