Football guy – I’m not sure I was the idiot who said Ctown wasn’t playoff material but they started slow this year. Most likely some growing pains with a younger team this year plus some injuries. They have some good games coming up in region which will see where they are at. I’m not sure Fayette County was very strong overall.

I dont recall anyone claiming Carrollton wouldnt be in the playoffs-its not that big a deal when 4 teams from each region go.I will predict that they will not advance past round 2.I am a trojan fan but we have to face realities.Future losses look to be SC and Lagrange. If they cant win 1 of those 2 they will be a #3 seed against #2 from region 8.Hope they surprise me.

How can you not report one of the Greatest Comeback in High School History ……. Locust Grove was down 31 to 0 in the 3rd Quarter and came back and BEAT the #1 Seeded in their Region Dutchtown 40 to 37…… Get with the program AJC ….

I can’t believe Dutchtown blew a 31 point lead and lose to Locust Grove 40-37. The coach did not make adjustments and Coach Satterfield did make adjustments and got the ball into the hands of his playmakers. The Bulldogs let a victory get away that would have put them ahead in region 4/AAAA

Dutchtown is overrated and their defensive coordinator needs to be fired for allowing the 31 points. Stockbridge is the clear cut favorite to win that region they should run the table and finish with just 1 loss. Please dont sleep on the tigers, they are for real and are well coached on both sides of the ball!

They know them Tigers are for real. The SB defense is the best in that region hands down, they dont give up much. When the offense is clicking and the ‘D’ is doing what they do, this region is a RAP! you all know DTown is overrated, and they cant beat SB, it will never happen. Congrzts to Lgrove, but two players cant beat a tight defense like SB. Again this region is a RAP! TIGER NATION

That Sports nut is an imposter. Find a new handle. I don’t want people to confuse the two. By the way, Chamblee gets no coverage and is unbeaten and is ahead of Marist. who gets plenty of press.

FBguy, I’m nuttier than a fruit cake, but I’m a lot smarter than anybody from Carrollton, GA. You keep beating teams without a win. Impressive. And you call somebody else an idiot? Your the one living in Carrollton, GA.
