I must say, Coffee County is no joke. They play hard, like a football team should. They have really shocked many people (myself included) as to how driven they were playing. They are a serious contender for the title, if they play other teams like how they played Camden, they can move into the big 4 of the region. Keep your heads up Coffee, it was a very good game, well played but some key turnovers and penalties killed Coffee. Good job Camden, on the way to State

We should of scored 21 on Camden(VHS) but drop pass in the end zone snd a dumb pass plan near the red zone is what hurt Valdosta from scoring 21 points..

Wildcat12, yeah, I agree. Coffee played tough the 2nd half. BOTH teams need to play 4 quarters of football though.

Well, Lassiter’s D was huge in the 2nd half. Offense had some kinks tonight that need to be worked out, but a bye next week and then at Milton for what should be for Lassiter to clinch the region title.

Good game overall tonight outside of some sloppy/stupid penalties. Also, that roughing to kicker on Walton was very close to being a head-hunting foul IMO with him leaving the ground a couple yards away after the ball was away.

Camden hasn’t had to play tough in the second half yet this year, hopefully they will learn that they need to, always!

Camden’s play calling in the second half was terrible. They played not to lose instead of playing to keep the opponent down. They cannot play that way anymore. The offense has to play every series with the intention of scoring not the way they called plays in the third quarter tonight. Not taking anything away from Coffee but it was like this is what Camden’s going to do no matter what you try. Gotta knock em down and keep knocking until the end.

Camden Coaches have to learn to STOP sitting on the ball in the 2nd half! Come out and call play as if the score is tied! Or as if Camden is behind!:-D

Well, anoyjer fri in the books. Another Camden win, Good 1t half, terrible 2nd half. Coffee played a good game, except for the dscipline penalties. Can’t give a team like Camden free yards, you will pay everytome. I understand being physical, some play were overboard. Coffee owned the 3rd quarter, that was pretty much it though. Down 32-6 is hard to overcome, even with the good passing. Camden has put up 43 and 39 points their first 2 weeks in region 1. 4 games left, Brunswick goes to Camden next week, then Tift. Camden could be 4-0 in the region before they get to Lowndes. Again, Coffee you guy’s may not have won, but you have young talent and will be a tough out along the way.
