@kidsballcoach…I had the same ? about Allatoona and E.P. in 5AAAAA. It seems that only the overall wins/loses are taken into account for these rankings. When two are more teams have the same record they are simply listed in alphabetical order. Hope this explains it.

kidsballcoach… I believe both teams have identical records in both overall and region standings. It is usually just posted in alphabetical order for tied teams. This isn’t a power ranking or anything.

All, Thanks for the feedback but it is pretty poor method. In this same paper SPX is #1 in their region and 5th in AAA. Max Preps has SPX at 4 and BT 8.
