THE "CANNON RULES"!!

FIRST!!!
The EAST average is “deceiving” in that the last two game have been played with a “running clock” in the 2nd half to avoid running up the scores! Also J.V. players have received a lot of 2nd half playing time…
This week away game at NEW MANCHESTER…
TICK…TICK…TICK…BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
GO RAIDERS!!!

Northside is [playing second and third string most of 4th quarter every game. They could hace scored a hundred twice this year if they had wanted to

The East wins also have come against the bottom feeders of Region 5-AAAAA. I think East is a good football team but Allatoona, Rome, Hiram and South Paulding are far better than anybody East has played so far.

Same goes for Monroe, the first couple of games, the coaches were looking for players that were in the stands to dress out, that normally dress for varsity games.

I have to agree with John. East has not played any of the better teams in our region yet. Big wins are nice but they are much more relevant when they come against a good opponent. I’m not that impressed with Hiram as of yet so we may have to wait for Rome to see the first test for the Raiders.

@ John…
That’s just how the schedule fell and EAST has NEW MANCHESTER this week before it starts to get interesting…of the 4 teams you named ALLATOONA is by far the best, HIRAM plays this week at NORTH PAULDING and that game COULD decide who is the #4 spot in the REGION. Don’t be shocked to see a NORTH PAULDING win come out of this game!
ROME beat HIRAM at Rome and ALLATOONA at home handled ROME last week so it’s hard to tell who wants that # 2 spot the most but my money is on ALLATOONA.
SOUTH PAULDING lost to ROME then beat VILLA RICA…they play WOODLAND / CARTERSVILLE this week before they face ALLATOONA in an away game.
THAT EAST / ALLATOONA game the last week is still shaping up to be a HUGE match-up!

The schedule for East drives me crazy. I just hope the guys don’t start “reading their press’, oh never mind, there isn’t any. I just hope the guys can stay focused and continue to practice with intensity. You are right as rain Cannon. Speaking of cannon, they must have had a double charge in that thing last week. Once, the concussion nearly blew me out of my seat!

Not suprised that Valdosta fans don’t want to give camden fans directions to their stadium. Last time we were there they all left at half time!

I see Northside of Warner Robins getting better as the year goes on, and staying in this group through-out the year.

If you can’t find your way to Bazemore-Hyder Stadium in Valdosta, you don’t need to be driving a car.
