Monroe Area 62, Oconee County 14. My Hurricanes have scored 170 points in three games while giving up just 35, almost all of which came against our reserves. QB Stanton Truitt ran for 290 yards and scored four times, and RB Kwan Brooks rolled up 275 yards and three TDs.

To all readers of this especially the author. The Carver Atlanta Panthers are a very deep and extremely physical team. We just went to Alexander and shut them out and overcame the Refs. Maybe you will start to give us some love after the next few weeks.

Carver’s opponents so far are a combined 2-6. Maybe your team should play someone half decent before patting yourselves on the back.

Settle down Carver, you had five turnovers against a struggling opponent. Reality check coming soon for you and your high stepping show boaters.

Monroe’s First Redcoat – Yes, your team is playing well and killing everyone but you have not played a decent team all year. A look at your region shows that you will continue to win because you are in the weakest region in the state and you have to play competitive teams to get love in the polls. Killing the sisters of the weak and poor will not get you love. You cannot control your schedule and it looks like your only opportunity will come in your game with Stephens. Eastside has a winning record but that is deceptive and they are not as good this year as they normally are. All that being said, you should be ranked this week. Congrats on a great start to your season.

I thought Grady would be the team to beat in the inner city side of region 6-AAAA, but looks like Carver and Washington are looking pretty good.

Duh. We can only play who is on our scheduled. Alexander had the nerve to schedule us for homecoming.
Paul–Turnovers have been self inflicted and can be cleaned up. I am not boasting and we don’t showboat just trying to get some publicity for a good team. We have played our JV in the 4th quarter in both of the last 2 games.

Don’t sleep on Westside Macon. They have a receiver and QB that are the real deal. Speed all over the field. They need to improve their running game and find a kicker.

Everyone is sleeping on chamblee. Bellamy and Reed are the real deal and with the pick up of a couple really good basketball players turned recievers they can beat anyone in region 6 AAAA.

I am a big Griffin Bears and Tennessee Vols fan. I watched the Griffin vs Jonesboro game friday night.
It was two great teams playing. Jonesboro had a player named Cameron Sutton, this guy is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. He is right up there with Eric Berry. Sure glad he is going to Tenn.

Great weekend of football all around. Make sure these athletes have recruiting profiles so college coaches can check them out. Web Star Recruits offers a free profile with many other features that will assist in the college recruiting process. Give it a try!

LOL!!!! Are you forgetting Sandy Creek??? The #1 ranked team in AAAA is in your region and then there is also your trojans of Carrollton. Lagrange will be playing for a third or fourth seed this year.
