About Colquit, don’t play there.

THE "CANNON RULES"!!

A good opening night in “THE BONEYARD” as the CANNON fired ALL NIGHT LONG!!!

The RAIDERS from EAST beat visiting Woodland / Bartow 49 / 0…with the JV guys getting lots of playing time in the 2nd half and the clock running (Mercy Rule)!! This served as a good game for EAST to get a number of issues straightened out. EAST looked a LOT better that the NP game a week ago BUT still showed several areas they HAVE to get fixed.

The starting QB is still playing WAY to much in areas it’s hard to believe there is not other players who could fill these slots. QB was again handling punt returns and special team duties as well as played some “D” again! Offense looked very sharp with many LONG runs but Coach still seems “antsy” about throwing long passes instead settling for short hits and screens.

EAST has Paulding County (Home), New Manchester (Away) , and Villa Rica (Home) for the next three games so they should be able to show how good this EAST team really is before they have an open week.

ANYWAY our RAIDERS are now 2 / 0 on the season and looking good!!!!!! So far over these two game they have put up 87 points and only allowed 17…!!!!

TICK…TICK…TICK…BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!
GO RAIDERS!!!!

You can keep ignoring Carver-Atlanta if you won’t to but you will come around near playoff time. Plenty of talent on both sides of the ball. We are Carve!!!!!!!!!

please excuse bksmith14, he knows not what he says. granted, we do have some know it alls at lowndes, but we are not all like him. a real viking has seen the good, the bad and the ugly. we have not always been a powerhouse. we’ve definitely had our down periods. we are pretty good, but not overpowering this year. but like alot of other teams, we can beat alot of teams on given day. real lowndes people are proud, but not arrogant and mouthy. we know how hard we’ve worked and waited to get where we are today. we are thankful and respectful to good competition. a true viking does have class. we get a bad rap sometimes for our bandwagon or newcomers being chestpounders, but a real viking is very decent.
