You forgot about matt Daniels for the Rams went to Fayette county with Brandon Boykin to form the best offense and defense tandem in 2007

Thanks, Gator. Fayette’s AD just emailed me w/ that as well. That is a cool note that he was a teammate w/ Boykin.

As we noted, we understand there likely are a couple of omissions. This isn’t something that the NFL provides. It requires going through rosters. Thanks again to Don Fendley, who has made this a project of his over the years for the GA High School Football Historians Association.

This is just the rookies and I think the list is still a little light, with a few missing. Some clown broadcaster from Boston or New York or Philly is bound to make a comment about how bad of a “sports town” Atlanta is. They need to be reminded that spectating is not a sport.

If you want to see how many dawgs made NFL rosters from other states included, you also have Blair Walsh kicking for the Vikings, Ben Jones at Center for the Texans and Orson Charles on the Bengals from last years team on NFL active rosters.
