I noticed Public beat Private Schools, was this unlevel playing field?

@SAL: Did you also notice how the Class-A bracket is drawn up? All of the private schools are in the bottom half of the bracket…meaning that only 2 Private schools…at best…will be able to make the final four. Sounds to me like they are split already????
