Lovejoy is stuffing the run to the inside, but Tucker is bouncing the ball to the outside and Lovejoy hasn’t been able to stop it.

Lovejoy better find their vaunted defense soon, because their offense is not showing anything yet. If Lovejoy does not get it together soon, this could become a blow out.

If Tucker goes up 22, then Lovejoy’s defense is going to get discourage because they know their offense can’t put up enough points to stay in the game.

I agree jvillebil,My son and wife were blaming me for jinxing Calhoun when I was celebrating up 14…I was stunned by what happened and I thought the Calhouns players were also..They did a great job of keeping it together.Talk about highs and lows(for both teams and fans ) in a HS football game..WOW…

I mean 3 years in a row you lose in finals to Buford and then have it sewed up and then boom, the unthinkable happens. I was feeling so bad for Calhoun. I mean I was sitting here at my computer outside Jax, Fl. I not sure they would have ever got over that loss, but instead that Calhoun team will forever be remembered.

Where is the Lovejoy D? Best in AAAA …. Not. Tucker won the state championship last week. This game is going to be blow out. Northside D only allowed 190 yards all game and 10 points. Lovejoy there by bracket luck.

You might as well turn the channel cause Tucker has won this easy! The real championship was last week and they pulled that one out of the fire so no probs here, I will go ahead and say congrats Tucker, Lovejoy has no chance with that offense!

Lovejoy’s defense played better in the second quarter, but their offense has done nothing. Not sure they can score 15 to even tie Tucker.

Tucker will put at least 7 more on the board in the 2nd half, and there is absolutely no way Lovejoy can put up 23 in 2nd half. So if I were a betting man, I throw all my chips on Tucker, but then again I had them (Tucker) prior to the game anyway.

Jvillebill, in small towns you only have but so much to work with….so most of the time we can’t just “Re-load” each year except for maybe two or three years in a row. So Hart will be back at some point…just wait. They had their run, now I believe it is Elbert’s turn again. We’ll see.
