“Pope will clinch 5-AAAA with a victory over Alexander (4-5). If Alexander wins, Chapel Hill (6-3) will win the region with a victory over Sprayberry (4-5).”

How does CHAPEL HILL at 6/3 or even 7/3 if they beat POPE win the REGION 5AAAA title…If both EAST and KELL win and POPE loses then EAST is 9 / 1 & KELL is 8 / 2 both better records than CHAPEL HILL!

Need some clarification here….

It is based on their Region Record and Sub-Region Seeding. CH is 5-1 in region play and so is Pope, Kell, & EP. If CH wins and Pope losses, CH would get the 1 seed because they are the 1 seed in their sub-region and EP is 2/Kell is 3. I don’t think it is a great way to decide the region champ but that is the clarification

Valdosta-LowndesCo 28 Titles Your name shows who your loyalty is to by you adding the “Co”. Every true die hard Lowndes fan will tell you in a heartbeat we dropped the “Co” when Lowndes “County” High school merged with Hahira High School in 1967 to form “LOWNDES HIGH SCHOOL”. Westside joined the next year! Yes we’re kinda sensitive about that.

Just saying……….

I’m from middle ga. an i belive Northside is a great team this year but their region is crap only good team other than them is Warner Robins which is getting close to being great. I hope they dont hit a wall in the 1st round this year because of their weak region good luck to the both of them.
