Brookwood pitching ace makes early college decision
Brookwood High’s Brandi Jones has committed to Mercer. This past season as a junior, Jones posted a 19-4 record at pitcher while helping the Broncos finish third at the Class AAAAA softball tournament. Jones also played outfielder, registering a .355 batting average.
Jones was selected Region 8-AAAAA pitcher of the year, and has been named all-region and all-county for the past three seasons.
