Once again, Griffin players get screwed off another list. Not “Atlanta, Macon, or “south Georgia”.

What is the deal with the QB from Collins Hill? How in the world does he not have an offer from any D-1 schools – that’s crazy.

How do you leave off Tevin McCoy from Carrollton (DL)? He consistently blew up Sandy Creek in the AAA State Championship game!

Please stop sleeping on North Atlanta High School. There’s a 6′-6″ junior, running a 4.5 over there with 30 D-1 schools checking him and offers on the table. How do you guys keep missing him? Stephen Weatherly

We need to start another region called “NOT Atlanta, Middle, or South Georgia”. Look at the NFL players from this new region. I guess we need more “reporters” in these areas never covered by the “professionals” in Atlanta

To be honest know it’s not. In my opinion their where several QB’s in the state that where better and more athleteic.

How did Shaun Nichols(5-11 255 lbs) FB/DT from dutchtown get overlooked as a fullback and DT. Hands down one of the best DT’s in Ga. Ask anyone in AAAA who played dutchtown. He was double teamed and chop blocked every game and still avg’d 7 tackles per game. WOOOWWWWWWWW!!!

The football talent does not end on the Fulton County line!!! You are ignoring top D1 recruits in the North Georgia area. Your readership does notstop on the Fulton line so neither should your fair reporting.

This publication is titled, “The Atlanta Journal & Constitution”. The headline to this article is titled, “All-area football teams: Got ‘em for Atlanta, Cobb, DeKalb, Gwinnett, North Fulton, Southside”.
Why would it include players, no matter how great they are/were, from South Georgia, Carrlolton, Griffin, etc.? I was visiting Camden County last month and read an article from the St. Marys paper, and guess what – it did not mention any players from metro Atlanta.

@Kickslidered…how do you explain all the yards the RB gained on Championship night? He (Tevin McCoy from Carrollton (DL) should not be on the list…in fact the entire Sandy Creek team should be there..

Pick this and that. There’s already talk about South West Dekalb beating Marist.LOL How is it every year this team is looked on as a top rated team.
Maybe their talking about the Band, and of course they aren’t all that still doing that same Drum Line Movie crap. (By the way, have graduated by now, right.) Nothing like a copy of a copy. I can’t wait to see how South West Dekalb season turn out.
