Ryan,, Please even if its not you,,stop you are really making yourself sound foolish. You was not the better QB everyone knows it, you knew it. How could you have been a shut down corner when were barely 5ft you wouldn’t have started over JJ 0r Murphy get real young man. You sound really bitter. I truly hope this is someone posing as you. By the way I would love for my son to play for our Head Coach at Camden. You should thank him, he keep you at QB, when all the fans, players, Coaching staff, wanted Ruiz. The state and the bloggers were laughing at our QB last year. The team took off after the switch, so you are making no sense.

The score was 58-0 with 6 minutes left in the second quarter. He played as many kids in the first half as possible. Final 65-14. Ramsey our back-up is the real deal. Remeber the Name Sophmore Brice Ramsey the real deal. The 9th graders played more the starters did, it could have been 75-0 at the half. It may not seem so, but believe me he he did not run up the score. JJ Green, Attaway, Gelsey, Hopkins, Cousins and Simmons are real beasts, 9 starters will be back on that defense next year.

newnan 27-13 over lagrange. newnan offense look very sloopy but the game prove that #1 Lendell Arnold and #45 Chris Robinson are very underated. Robinson might have gain over 200 yds. #2 for Lagrange pick off Arnold pass and return it for a TD just like he did in last year game. Newnan defense played pretty well

wow what happen to Westlake? You talk about getting nothing out of your athletes. Tucker and Buford WOW what a couple of beatdowns. Spalding score doesnt surprise me. Stephenson score did, I heard Whitewater had a chance to beat Sandy Creek at the end but was intercepted. I knew that was going to be a close game.

drock10–yes that game was a sloppy one for both teams’ offenses…if lagrange gets one score in the 3rd quarter who knows how the game would have turned out…hats off to the newnan defense yet again…BUT they were letting a few WRs get open, which is why for the life of me, i dont understand why coach pardue didnt keep throwing the ball… i understand you have to keep a defense honest, but if its working, use it til it quits working!!! that same play calling cost us the liberty county game in last years playoffs…and we also found out kicker joe mansour is already missed!!!!

What happened to Warner Robins? I guess the new offense didn’t do too well. Congrats to Kevin Reach (Collins Hill), Todd Wofford (Central Gwinnett) & Corey Jarvis (Duluth) for winning their debuts tonight. Did Fitzgerald get overconfident after whipping Tift County? Fitz & Cook did Valdosta a big favor tonight-ensuring the Cats would not overlook Brooks County. And finally, what happened to SWD?

The newnan offense kept Lagrange in the game. Lagrange offense was sluggish, undisciplined, overmatched in the play calling. Now there defense is ready to play.

I think that newnan is a highly overrated team, I look for the grangers to win by 10 because I don’t think newnans defense will be as strong as it was last year. I believe the grangers will win the 4th quarter…..

Newnan 27 LaGrange 13 (the 13 points came off the offense mistakes a fumble that set up a TD & a interception that we to the house). Great Defense Newnan………LaGrange has a great team! NHS Go Hard!

Hillgrove was not to bad tonight against Sprayberry considering a new offense and quaterback – Gage Henry was quite good! lots of rushing yards and passing arm was on target!
Still lots of room for improvements – They seem to have a lot of heart!

Marist won a game over what may be the weakest team in 6AAAA. My scouting report says that any coach worth his weight in whistles should open up a pass attack on Marist and they will walk away with a solid win. The secondary is weak, especially the FS and SS position. If that is all the DBs coach has, Marist is in for a long, long season. Marist seems to be still looking on offense, but may have a good runner or two. They have a great kicker. Douglass is in for a long season and Marist just may come to reality next week against Tucker. The Tucker QB just needs to pass and they will go to the W column.

Knute Rockne the Ogletree brothers did their time with the cougars and has moved on. If you were a real cougar fan, you should know cougar football. And just to let you know the cougars will be there again watch out for the best and fastest linebacker in the state that’s on the same team #32,#07 & #36 with the tenth grader #49. The past is the past good luck to the Ogletree brothers at UGA #9 & # 46

SWD scored on Tucker’s JV. The varsity starters had already called it a night. THEN to add insult to the beat down. We put the FRESHMAN in the game. And they got positive yards. The FRESHMAN??? Against the great SWD? NAh….

I sat and almost cried at the way Douglass played at Lakewood tonight. Coach Allen needs about 2 years to at least get the playesr motivated enough to feel like a winner.

AAAA fan, you’re so right. Marist has not secondary. Any team with speed on outside and a good line can easily hang in there with Marist. Douglass exposed that weakness tonight, but was not able to exploit it.

Trojan94,why so much hate for Newnan? Football players in Carroll county pay a small fee and the best players in Carroll county are recruited to Carrollton and you losers choke every in the playoff with a loaded team. Frankly ,you are a loser. At least Newnan plays by the rules.

Sounds like you’re a bit sour, homie. Did you know that Stephens called off the dogs after the first half? That was class. If i were the coach I would’ve broken the score board of you braggarts. Serves you right for all that talk. And you could’nt score anymore than 21 points last year and that’s why you didnt. SWD = All talk. Dont talk about last year or we will talk about the year before last. Anyway, you guys are in for a rough season. Did you know the Freshmen played agaisnt the great SWD? Buck can’t coach anymore. AstroFan–Seems like the corners were alright. Marist is hurting for a FS. That was the weakest position on the defense, both the starter and the back-up. Neither appear to have the strength to handle a stronger team. The starter #23 got burned more than once, missed a tackle after a burn, and got pancaked a couple of times. Must be the coaches son. The SS wasn’t that great either. Not a whole lot of action for the LBs, but Marist’s D line was good. The kicker #16 was excellent. Was told he is a junior. The FB #42 was pretty good, but Marist is hurting for a consistent RB. After the coaches son #23 screwed up on defense, they put him on offense. He wasn’t effective there either. They appeared to be looking for a RB who could execute. #11 had a good couple runs, but no speed at all. The #22 ran the kickoff back, but was silent after that. The biggest offensive weapon was the QB #10. Marist’s O line is excellent. Very little talent at WR for Marist except #20. A couple of their WRs were missing blocks and #26 had a walk-away pass he missed. If what I saw from Marist is all they have, Tucker may go into triple digits on them. Douglass has the athleticism, but no execution. I remember #s 6, 4, and 7 as standouts. I wasn’t paying as much attention to them because we don’t play them this year.
