Calhoun vs Dalton has to be a top ten game this week. OL Watts Danzler and some good RBs for Dalton and Calhoun is loaded at defense, have a fun to watch RB and even have a Jr kicker that is considered the best in the nation… might see a 60+ yd FG. Should be a great game.

Where is the Calhoun-Dalton game? That game should definately be on the list! Teams from NW Georgia don’t get very much coverage in the AJC.

I like the Cedar Shoals/Clarke Central game. (I’m a North G dad). That has always been a barn burner. NG and BJ will be interesting. I just hope Bullet Bob plays that freshman Dant’e Sawyer. Did you see that kid in the Corkey Kell? WOW!

If you think that Buford is down and that Gainesville will beat us, you’re sadly mistaken. Buford is only bound to get better. When this year’s 7th and 8th graders make it to high school, look out!

Calhoun’s offense and defense is as good as last years, if they can play together and not make mental mistakes they have a chance to go far.

Don’t forget about the Sandy Creek @ Whitewater game, in Fayette County. This will be game to remember. Come One, Come All! Get a good look at both schools because at the end of the year, both teams will be in a position to win it all.
As for this game, Whitewater comes out with a Win.

How is everyone who comments on the St. Pius-Westminster game picking Westminster?

Pius killed AAA State Runner-Up Gainesville in their scrimmage just last week 33-21 and piled up 341 yards of offense. We are returning a lot of starters from a team that was edged by eventual AAA champion Peach County who had to beat Gainesville in that very game. Pius is #4 in AAA while Westminster is #6 in AA…

I’m pretty sure I know who to go for in this game…pius fan or not

Best visiting team in the state playing in Moultrie on Saturday afternoon. South Panola High School from Mississippi visits Colquitt County. A real battle and should be covered. Sadly, the gnats will keep the state press away. They call them the University of South Panola and righly so, but they could be upset.

SWD could’nt have looked too good against PTR, they lost 14-0. For all of this blog talk you would think they were the best team in the country. BUT that’s typical ghetto folks. More bark than bite. The game is to played on the feild. You talkers are not intimidating anyone. Buck, nice guy. Stephens, not so nice guy, great coach.

While I will give you city folks your due and the South Georgia folks their respect, the most heated rivalries for this week are in N.E. Georgia. Cedar/Clarke, Jefferson/Commerce, Stephens Co./Elbert Co. and Franklin Co./Hart Co.
