Lanier Co.(ranked 5th at the time of the Regional Final)
Greenville (ranked 5th in the state when we played them WITH the best single A player in the state)
Wilkinson Co (29-0, ranked number 1 in the state)
Just naming some teams who Terrell Co has beaten in the past month. Every game we are “not supposed to win” and yet we do. Lets beat Whitefield Academy(defending state champs) and win state on Saturday. LETS GO GREENWAVE!!!!

NW Whitfield up 27-23 at halftime. We were up by 13 at one point, but Dutchtown made a run at the last minute.

@Al Beeski, These blogs are not here to just analyze the game.You have the right here to cheer on your team and show confidence. Why did you not mention BUZZ in your remarks who have called Columbia thugs instead you choose to ignore that. I graduated from COLUMBIA and GEORGIA TECH. I said that to say COLUMBIA is a good school and the students are good ( not perfect). I feel so much pride when I see the wayy the EAGLEs take the court. Just at that point they appear to better than the other teams ( who mostly watch CHS do their warm ups ). Last but not least it was the Blog about COLUMBIA receiving no recognition in the AJC that heated things up. That blog was and is true ( see Eagles1 earlier in the blog). So please don try to shut us up we just love our EAGLES. Don’t try to appear like you are just trying to calm the storm. If so you would have put BUZZ in his place. By the way Eagles Fam Did someone mention a SCRIMAGE GAME ? You got to be kidding. A SCRIMMAGE GAME. Wow…..

lso i can voice my opinion on the blog , and i do not have to shut up yo anyone including you. and finally i do not care how many teams your school plays outside georgia….they are just games, andf i probably have forgot more national high school programs ib basketball, football, and other sports than you ever will know about. Remember this : Yor can rebutt any game blog i make about any team in Georgia: however, when you make it personall; that is not only un-valled for, but not relevant to the subjects of this site…..

Atlanta area highschool basketball should be a cut above the rest in the state but yall dont represent it well your talent is no better than anyone else in the state yall might have a superstar phenom like D howard are Favors and maybe a decent gaurd here or there but the rest of the team be garbage yall should have 10 teams in every classification representing Atl this maybe a little bit before yall time but i’ll give yall a run down of yall one man show stars James Forest who Westover killed in championship Sharif Abdul Raheem Dwight Howard and Favors its been teams in the Albany area that these guys would have to fight for playing time to get on Atlanta b-ball should have a state following like schools in other big cities have yall shouldnt have one man teams watch how Columbia and Mays let there fans down cause yall have no heart yall didnt win championships in this era till Dougherty showed yall how to

Ironically the last time Terrell Co made it to the Final Four in A they played Whitfield Academy(88-48 in 2005) and lost in the 1A Semifinal. Maybe next year we wont have to play them til the 1A Final.
