Colquitt looked good – some of Lassiter’s problems were self inflicted but defensive pressure was a big factor. Congrats to the Colquitt team. As for the majority of colquitt supporters on this blog…about what I expected – low class trash! You people below the gnat line need to get a life.

Darlington 17, Twiggs Co. 0. Go Dar. Atha is the best coach in the state. No one thought they’d even get close to this far. Amazing job. Congrats to the boys.

Hey Scott in High School when a field goal is missed the defensive team takes over at their 20….Grayson missed a 52 yard Field Goal way short and instead of taking over where it was kicked from they got it at the 20…and Grayson’s defense tackled us 3 times behind the line of scrimmage so we had to punt from our 5 and Grayson took over at our 36..and almost kicked a game winning field goal but A. Ogletree blocked the kick..

Wow, there are some strong teams out there. I watched Colquitt County on GHSA for the first time tonight and they look really good on both sides of the ball. It looks like Newnan should make it to the dome and I don’t know about the other side.

Final score: Grayosn 7 Newnan 9 in stunning fashion. My heart goes out to those Grayson boys, twice in a row they’ve lost that way after being faved to go to the dome.

Wow. Alec Ogletree is a MAN amongst boys. One-handed catch for a TD was one of the best catches I’ve ever seen at the HS level. Then he goes and blocks the game winning field goal. Good lord. Thank goodness he’s coming to UGA!!!

Thanks COUGFAN88, that is a stupid rule! That gives the team kicking a field goal a huge advantage. Why not try a field goal everytime instead of punting!

Dang I though North Clayton was competition for Clarke Central it just makes me kick myself for us losing to them man I know Grayson’s pain those 2 point losses are hell on your mind for a couple of days. Man I guess its going to be Clarke Central and Griffin in the state championship barring that Rajon Neal and Sandy Creek don’t defeat them. But I hate to throw in conspiracy but Clarke Central seemed to have overage players on their squad I don’t know if they were legit but what can we do now.
