O-Me are you certain that Valdosta is going to move down to AAAA. I am aware that their student body may have the numbers to play in AAAA. However, a school may elect to play up. I have heard that Valdosta is going to continue to play AAAAA.

94 Demon, Veterans HS would be a good job for Rick Tomberlin. At some point, Houston County is going to get a real coach and the Bears are going to finally begin to live up to their promise. They are loaded with talent. It is almost inexcuseable to lose the way those guys have lost over at HoCo.

Lowndes has 2800+, 8th highest in the state. Valdosta is AAAA size, borderline AAAAA. Can’t see Valdosta boosters wanting to leave AAAAA. Will likely play up.

worst total effort from grayson ive seen in a few years… pemberton went out early with a shoulder injury and the offense went stagnent… luckily he came back in and brought the offense with him. Survive and advance is the name of the game!!! 21-14 rams

According to the numbers given on the AJC site the largest school is Brookwood with 3400 students. I wish WR and Northside were combined and had 3500 students. Can you imagine how good that team would be. How can you not win with that many students?

No, I’m not sure about Valdosta moving down, just read that on ajc.com early today.But you are right they can stay in AAAAA.
I’m right about 10th biggest HS but the # of students came from mother of one of the players. Its big compared to Wildcats.
