Loganville 47 , Salem 30 something!!!
Storm Johnson did his thing! played great team ball! the Junior running back Mykel Wyyet did his thing also!! What great chemistry, Storm is Lightning and Mykel is Thunder!!! The two together make for a great combination of in my opinion 2 of the best running backs in the country...
the team played extremly well and I think they both will the team and the running backs will grow and mid year Loganville is the team to watch in 8AAAA

All I can say is that this was a surprising weekend for me. A lot of my prediction was wrong. I just knew that Camden County would have beaten Hoover Ala. My hat goes off to Hoover. They shut down Camden County's offense the entire 2nd half where Camden didn't score any more. The 1st half belonged to Camden County with Camden County leading 27-14. Camden County's Ean Day is a beast. That kid is very fast. Heck, he was on special teams, and played running back. He is the man to key on. He is definitely Division 1 material. Camden County's Defense, all i can say is they can really hit hard. Although they displayed such an impressive first half against Hoover, you can tell that Camden County is in a rebuilding state.

That was the eight grade and many things have changed since then. Look at them now. They're ranked #7 and Sequoyah is not ranked at all. Like I said, a lot has changed and the Hawks are taking over!

Go Hawks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had 19 suspended during the Grayson game and a handful of them were starters, do not know if that would have change the game but it sure couldn't hurt.

Gosh, if all Camden's good players were missing for disciplinary reasons, Grayson better watch out next time. Which brings up another question...does Lowndes ever suspend players for disciplinary reasons? Yea...didn't think so.

Back when Hillgrove's Juniors were in the 8th grade Sequoyah ran the score up on them, including throwing a touchdown with under 1 min to go already up more than 40 to nothing. Lets see if the guys remember that!

This Friday under the lights will be one of the better regional games to be seen this year. No matter how bad a team Forest Park Panthers have they seemed to always get geared up for the mt. zion bulldogs . The Panthers performance against westside macon is not indicative to the play that the Panthers will show in region 4-AAAA this year . The Panthers have a new look defense as well as offense . Forest Park had to be down to westside by thirty before they found a couple of gems on both sides of the ball. Come out to Tara stadium to watch two premier southern crescent old rivals go at it . Go Forest Park PANTHERS ! ! !

I am a former Camden Wildcat Baller and I hope and prey that Coach Herron can see that Ruiz is his best chance to win. I am sure that the other young man is a great talent, but at 5'4 and 140 lbs....no QB that small can be effective. He eliminates the passing game and therefore allows the defenses we face to stack the line and slow down our wing t tremendously. I hope to see Ruiz at the beginning and end. Make Gregiorre a y or z back. He has talent moving with the ball in his hands. Come on Coach Herrrrrooooonnn and GO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!
