Nick Montana, son of NFL Hall of Famer Joe Montana, will visit Alabama and Georgia this weekend. The 6-foot-2, 177-pound quarterback is scheduled to be at Alabama on Friday, and then tour Georgia on Saturday.

Montana claims no favorites and says his famous father’s ties to Notre Dame will not impact his college decision, according to TotalUGA.com. Montana also says distance won’t affect his recruiting process.

Montana is one of six QBs offered by Georgia, including Blake Bell of Wichita, Kan., and Gainesville High’s Blake Sims. Montana sports offers from South Carolina, Stanford, LSU, Ohio State, Florida State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, North Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Alabama, and Arizona.

Montana is one of three celebrity sons that play at California’s Oaks Christian High, along with the offspring of NHL legend Wayne Gretzky and Hollywood actor Will Smith.

It worked pretty good for Archie Manning. I’ll take him to be a Dawg now if that lightning would strike twice.

Do you know who coaches the QBs at Nick Montana’s high school? None other than ole’ one-armed Casey Clausen.

177 pounds? One hit from an SEC d-lineman and this kid would be toast. He better stay out west.

Maybe CMR will pray that Joe Montana tells his son to sign with UGA. I’m sure CMR will preach to both of them this weekend. While Nick is in town, he needs to swing by The Flats. We can show him our state championship rings. 45-42, 45-42, 45-42, 45-42. Come play for Winnersville!!!!

Don’t go to the mutts. They will revoke your scholarship after you sign (google dexter Moody), and then pray things will work out for you after you’ve been dissed.

I reckon he will put on a few pounds between now and 2010. My question is he good enough to play in the SEC. Just because his last name is Montana does not mean that he inherited, much less will fit in his Dad’s jeans. Yeah I know genes is spelled genes.

Whatever he does he shouldn’t go to Tech. If he does he’ll spend years without seeing an attractive woman, if any women at all, and become a homo. My ex-wife’s brother went to Tech and it happened to him.

All the offensive linemen at Yech want to play center because the coach makes the quarterback do a reach around on whoever is snapping the ball.
Another reason for Montana not to take a visit to Yech.

I thought he was signed and sold on the COOTS? The opportunity to play for the Old Ball Coach must be a major influence to play at a program that has accured 13 wins in SOS last two seasons.

I’m just blown away on these blogs on how CLASSLESS some of the NERD HERD is. Why take jabs at a mans faith? It just shows how insecure and afraid you are in your own life. I just don’t understand. It’s totally classless.

Probably as classless as attacking a man’s sexuality like “Glory Days Grad.” His nickname is “Scandalous time when players could barely even read, but were allowed to play football anyway, but this was all covered up and even led to firing professors at a COLLEGE that spoke out since football is more important” Days.

LOL! One 45-42 win does not make The Nerds winnersville when you are 1 for 8!
